As advertised. Very nice. Was disappointed in a couple of irritating things. For example, you have to provide your own toilet paper if staying longer than 2 nights. Pretty weak. Also, paid a hefty cleaning fee and on the checkin paperwork it explains that an additional $50.00 charge if you don’t wash and dry the pool towels. Still irritates me to be nickel and dimed.

We were sad to leave. The process of booking, checking in and checking out couldn't have been any easier. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kids especially loved the painting of the characters on the walls. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Highly recommend this home for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay in this fantastic house! It was setup so perfectly for a large family gathering. We had 7 adults and 6 children! The boys loved the cars themed room and the girls LOVED their frozen themed room! We had two infants and it was nice to have high chairs, cribs and pack n plays to use! The hot tub was a favorite and the kids had a blast in the pool and splash pad! Owners are super responsive and great! Would recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

We have been to Disney and different homes plenty of times but this experience was exceptional. The house is extremely clean, comfortable, close to Disney, and safe for you and your little ones. I am still amazed at the open communication with the owners who were available and so helpful. Thank you your home was perfect!

We stayed at this house for one week with our family and friends. It was perfect! Kids had a great time in the pool. This has been our favorite vacation house yet!

My family and I have been coming to Disney world for 7 years now, and this was our best trip yet. Our children loved the themed rooms, especially the Mickey Mouse splash pad, and pool area! We had an amazing time and will definitely be renting again. The house was all around amazing, and literally 10 to 15 minutes away from the parks! Great locations!!

We really enjoyed the house. It was close to universal and Disney. It was nice to come back at the end of the day and watch a movie in the theater or relax in the pool. All the little ones enjoyed the splashed.

The house was amazing. Three year old grandson loved the cars bedroom and bathroom. Took twins under two this house had everything. Including everything you would need for little ones. We had no trouble getting the kids to leave the park. They loved coming back to the house. It rained and our stroller got wet. The house has two umbrella strollers and a regular stroller. Wonderful home and location for all things Disney. Grocery shopping and restaurants are close for easy take out or Doordash.
8 adults had plenty of room that we weren't stepping all over each other and the pool and hottub were perfect after a day at the parks!

The property was as it was presented perfect for multi-generational Disney trip. Well appointed roomy and the pool and splash pad were enjoyed by our grandchildren. They lived out there and in the theater room we hardly saw them. We had a blast highly recommend this home for a fun family Disney themed vacation.

Overall I was very happy with our stay and would recommend the home to others. We had a large group including grandparents and small children. The house had more than enough room for us and was nice and clean. The kids loved the arcade machine, theme rooms, and theater. The owners provided a good welcome packet that helped with the overall stay process. The owners were quick to respond when I reached out to them as well and were pleasant to deal with. The only issue we ran into was around the pool area. The handrail was broken with some sharp edges exposed that posed a hazard to some of the little ones we had. Owners said the part was on order so I anticipate that will be fixed. My kids didn't really use the splashpad very much but tiny pieces of the flooring seem to get all over the pool area. Could be a problem for smaller children like ours.

The house was perfect! Very close to Disney. After long days enjoying the parks, it was so nice to come back to the house and enjoy the pool and hot tub to relax. The kids loved the theater room and used it everyday. Wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

We are a family of 14 that included 6 kids ranging from 1 to 10 years old. We had an amazing time. We especially enjoyed the splash pad, pool, theater room and the roominess of the house allowing great space for all. We also were amazed by how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, silverware and cooking utensils. This was an added plus. It is our family’s decision this is our favorite home yet and we have vacationed in quite a few. Tom was very responsive and helpful as was the property management company. We had an amazing time.

Everything was perfect and as pictured! All 7 kiddos had the time of their lives! Us adults has amazing cozy rooms and kids loved the themed rooms! Great location for parks, food, and going out to have fun! Grocery stores just down the road was a plus! Everyone needs to stay here if you can! Felt very safe and happy in the gated community since we had never been to Orlando/Kissimmee!!

We rent houses every year, this one was our favorite by far. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The hot tub is actually heated. There was plenty of room for our group of 13. My grandkids loved the kids pool and splash pad. The 2 dryers made laundry a breeze especially with all the towels. We would definitely come back.

This is a lovely property well located for Disney and food restaurants / shops. Quiet gated neighborhood. We’ll suited for 3 family’s with children. Around 14 people. The property had everything you’d need with plenty of TV’s. Outdoor pool and hot tub was great. The Mickey Mouse kids pool and splash pad are also great fun but the water is much colder. Great holiday vacation

This house was fantastic for our group of 13! We had age ranges 5-14 in kids and the house accommodated all of them! The kids rooms were amazing!! I also loved that every couple/adult had their own master bedroom. The pool and splash pad- HEAVENLY!!! We loved this place and you will too!

The house is very comfortable for adults and children. We were based here for our visit to Disney Parks for 6 days. A couple of us liked the house so much we skipped the park and just hung out at the pool. So nice that the bedrooms have individual temperature settings. Big rooms with big bathrooms. Definitely would book this house again.

The home is beautiful, was spotless, and the owners have thought of everything a travelling parent will need; especially for toddlers/ infants. So nice to get that feeling of Disney magic without the cost of staying on property. Plus being able to give kids their own room, and hangout by the pool/ hot tub after the kids go to bed is priceless compared to being stuck in a hotel room trying to be quiet with sleeping kids. Wish I could have stayed even longer, we will definitely be back!

What a great spot to be able to experience everything Orlando has to offer and an amazing home to return to each day. They have everything figured out from the pool area, the well-appointed kitchen, the themed bedrooms and the theatre.

Such a beautiful property! We had 12 of us staying. The 4 master bedrooms and 3 themed rooms fit us perfectly. Plenty of space to not feel on top of each other. Our 7 kids ranged in age from 14-9 months. There was something for everyone that came in handy from high chairs to strollers to legos toy table. And the movie room was awesome! The biggest hit was the pool. Love the safety features with alarms on the doors going out to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped to take care of our at home meals. The property is convenient to Disney World. Check in and check out was seamless. Our kids are already asking to go back. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a fantastic property for all ages! It was spotless and the entire process was super efficient and the host extremely responsive. Loved how the utility switches were labeled and instructions were so clear. The amenities were awesome ! Wished we had done the parks every other day to enjoy the house more. We big “kids”, teens and toddlers loved the theater room - it was terrific to unwind and immerse ourselves in more Disney!! The dynamic Disney decor and art work as well as pool-scape is simply fabulous - Hope to return on our next Disney venture!

We had a great time! The house was very clean, organized and well equipped. Internal space and play area overwhelmed our expectations, the kids had a blast! The location for us was perfect: next to parks, stores and a big supermarket! Definitely would come back!

We loved staying at Elsa’s Enchanted castle! It was clean, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and the private pool and splash pad were so fun for all of us!
The owner, Tom was so kind and responded immediately when we had a question. I would definitely recommend this property to families!

We were very impressed with the size and amenities this house had to offer. Great attention to detail . Super clean. Everything labeled for ease of use. Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and 5 children to relax and enjoy time in between our days at the parks.

“AMAZING” is the first word that comes to mind regarding this home and the owners.
We had children flying in from NC and Hawaii and the home owners were very accommodating with our schedule.
The home owners have provided every amenity you will possibly need for children, the pool, adults and the kitchen!! Strollers, play yards, high chairs books….. and the most amazing Disney murals imaginable. Our family said they could have stayed at the house and skipped the parks…with that said…the house was very close to the parks, grocery stores and restaurants.
The home is remarkable - beautifully decorated and clean. The house design allows for family to have their own space and it allows family to be close. The movie room and pool is where the majority of our time was spent. Our girls loved the splash pad, the Mickey Mouse wading pool and the full size pool. When the kids went down, we enjoyed the hot tub with our adult children. The movie room allowed us floor time with our two year old grand-babies and a lot of llap time in the recliners watching movies.
The owners are very responsive to any questions you have.
We will definitely return to this home in the near future.

This is really a perfect property for anyone visiting Disney, The drive to any of the parks is less than 15 minutes.
The house is lovely and well maintained. The owners have thought of everything. Lots of plates, forks, etc. Plenty of plates, cups, and even kids plates and utensils. Some rental houses have the bare minimum - this property id generously provisioned.
The pools are lovely and clean. The movie room was wonderful. The kids theme rooms were loved by the four kids under six that were with us.
The only complaint was a wifi system that really didn't work and the local cell coverage is poor as well for data.
The price was 10% of what Disney hotels would have cost.
I give the property Five stars and would definitely rent again.
