Very comfortable and welcoming home for those traveling to SoCal. Neighborhood is quite and safe. Location is close to both LA and Orange County. Our host met us on our arrival and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you for sharing your home.

This property was perfect for us, we had a group of softball players in town for the week to play in a tournament. There was plenty of parking and room for all the families. The owner/host was very helpful and responsive to whatever we needed. I highly recommend this place.

The house is located in a nice quiet part of the city, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Very comfortable home to relax in after a day of dealing with L.A. traffic.

Herman is a wonderful host. The home is neat, clean, organized and spacious. The garden is lovely and the view from the back is beautiful. Plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy everything, too. It's a nice area in the hills, safe & quiet. We had a great stay & wouldn't hesitate to book again if we were in that area!

The house was on a hill overlooking the town and it was beautiful. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. Herman is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. This is our yearly trip to LA and I will look for Herman's place from now on.

Our family of 5 (with 3 adult kids) enjoyed the spaciousness of the property & having 3 bathrooms. We paid an additional fee to have access to the 4th bedroom, and it was worth it! The towels & linens smelled fresh & clean; and the entire property was well-kept. We appreciated the owner bringing in an additional cooling unit for the living room which did a great job keeping the temperature comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. If we come back to this area, this will be the first place we’ll look to stay.
