Positives: Excellent proximity to the pool and beach! Super happy with location!! So close to main strip! We really appreciated that there was lots of clean water supplied to refill water tank. AC was great. Made sure to do as the write up said and let them know ahead that we wanted the naked ladies paintings on the walls covered before we arrived with our children and all except the one in the main bathroom was. Great pool which had security around at all times so people who were not from the building didn’t come onto deck. They would also move chairs and umbrellas for you, very helpful!Negatives: The ONLY thing I have to say that was a negative was the smell we got sometimes in the condo. We notified them quickly that it smells of sewage in the main kitchen hallway area, they came and tried to fix it pretty quickly, and although it helped it didn’t fix it completely. We told them again, but it just didn’t work. When we opened the dishwasher the smell would come back strong then other times it was fine. Sometimes you would just be standing near hallway and the smell came and really hit you! I hope they figure out what the problem was because when it smelled, it was bad! Other than that, a fantastic stay

Everything was good. The AC was broke for four out of five days but other than that it had perfect location. The beach was not doable the water was brown

The property appears to be very well managed. Both the rental unit and the grounds were clean, secure and well maintained. The unit was very well appointed and all the appliances worked. A beautiful pool & beach. Our only complaint was that we had trouble with the internet. It took 3 days to connect, & when connected - it was slow. Also, the nightclub music from around the corner (especially the low base notes) kept my husband awake - even with earplugs. I was able to ignore it & sleep. Overall, our family of 4 had an absolutely wonderful holiday! Thank you for the memories.

This was our 4th time staying at El Faro, but the first at room 203. Everything was perfect, and when we go again, this will be the unit we stay in. 5 Stars across the board.
