The house is nicely decorated and updated. The backyard is great for games-we enjoyed a corn hole championship play off. We were disappointed that the fire pit did not work, and that the pool was not warmed. But neither of those things kept us from enjoying this very nice property!
The only real complaint most of the ladies had was that there was no top sheet on the beds.

Was such a beautiful property with the perfect location 5 minutes from the beach! Perfect for gatherings or reunions of any kind! We loved it! There were also lots of backyard games and beach accessories included in the garage!

The property was wonderful, looks exactly like on the pictures. Very spacious, lots of open area to hang out with a larger group. There were nine of us staying in the property including one teen and a toddler and everyone was nicely entertained. The house had lots of cute little details including kids books, puzzles, and toys. Excellent entertainment in the garage, though it was a little bit too warm to stay there too long to play. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels for everyone’s use.

The home was perfect for our family reuion of 12! There was plenty of space and beds for everyone. Extra towels and toiletries were a huge help. The kitchen was well equipped, the best of any vrbo I've ever stayed. The pool was lovely. The location convenient.

Fantastic stay at a house we didn’t need to leave, but was still close to great stuff. Easy drive up to Clearwater for Phillies spring training and a super convenient quick drive to beautiful beaches. But the house was the main event - awesome game room and outdoor space with pool & firepit. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for a big family group, too. Property manager was responsive and flexible with early check-in and late check out. Just great.

Colby was very kind and easy to communicate with. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our large family of 12. The beds are very comfortable. Grandchildren loved the heated swimming pool, all the board games, cornhole, foosball, and ping pong. We had plenty of cooking supplies. Quiet neighborhood. A welcome gift of champagne and giant bag of Lindt truffles was a pleasant surprise!

We booked the house for a family reunion over the Christmas holiday. The house is great and there was plenty of space for 9 people. Lovely pool and outside patio. Plenty of games and entertainment options. Approx 7 min drive to the beach. Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our family to get together to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday and Thanksgiving. Everyone had a place to sleep, even the one year old! We did a lot of cooking and there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils for all of us! We also put the coffee maker and blender to good use. The little ones had plenty to do! Lots of family games, a few crafts, and TVs ! The heated pool and patio were very enjoyable. We enjoyed relaxing outside around the fire pit in the evenings. It was a short drive to the beach. There were plenty of towels, pool toys, and beach gear to go around! Our host, Colby, was always just a text away! Answered all of our questions and accommodated our needs!

Colby is a fantastic host replying and responding to every need. We used this property to have a family reunion in which included my eldery parents that play dominoes, Colby made sure to have a brand nee domino set waiting for us. The home was fully stocked with all kinds of games that I need a week to enjoy them all. The heated pool and fire pit and grill area was perfect for our family to make new memories! Indoors had a smart tv everywhere. The floor plan is terrific with so much space. Will definitely come back!

We spent a few days here and loved every minute of it. The house is clean and the beds are so comfortable. The kids loved the pool. I would stay here again without question!

This house was perfect for our family we had ages 1.5 hrs of age to 70. There were floats, towels, wagon, chairs, pack n play and more !!!!

This house is very beautiful! The inside is trendy, neat and so much room! Just when you think you have seen all the rooms there are more! 5 roku tvs placed in perfect areas! The floor plan on s so open and just makes you feel at home but better! The bedding and beds were top notch. Also little things like fuzzy cozy throw blankets in every bedroom and in living rooms. The pool and yard are huge and very private. It was a FANTASTIC home. The communication with the host was wonderful and professional. They care about the home and their renters! I highly recommend this home and I will be back!!!

Three generations spent a week together in this fabulous home. The layout was very spacious and worked well with 5 kids. With the multiple bedrooms even Grandma had her own room! Everyone had a spot to chill, relax and spend time together. The pool was wonderful and, besides the game room in the garage, was a HUGE hit with the kids. The beaches and supermarket were close by. The kitchen was a great for cooking and had plenty of dishes, glassware and silverware. Whenever we had any questions, Colby, the property manager, responded immediately and was always very kind. I would highly recommend this house for any family or extended family looking to spend some quality time together!

Colby was very attentive to our requests. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short drive to the beach as described. The pool was a nice size and the pool man came and swept it upon request.

What a great vacation. The property was everything they said it was and more. The house and pool were wonderfully clean and very well equipped with extras. My daughters and granddaughters are already talking about going back. Our host even took the time to check in with us to make sure everything was up to our standard. We will stay again!!!!!

100% recomendada me encanto
Muy equipada la casa con las cosas que más utilizo en mi propia casa no tuve que comprar jabón de ropa , de trastes, bolsas de basura champú, body wash .la cocina me encanto todo lo que ocupas buena ubicación la propiedad está ubicada en buena área , me volvería a quedar en el futuro tiene alberca muy limpia la casa por dentro y por fuera , la recomiendo 100% superó las expectativas , el señor Colby muy amable estuvo al pendiente, contestaba pronto mis mensajes , las playas muy sercas desde 4 minutos asta 20 la más lejos ,
