John was very flexible with checkin and check out and a great communicator. His help in booking tours to the Biltmore was much appreciated. His place is cozy and immaculately clean.

John's bungalow is private, comfortable and quiet. I appreciate his attention to your comfort while there. Lots of little things to make you feel appreciated...chocolates, wine glasses, lots of snacks and water. I try to stay there whenever I'm in Phoenix. Thank you John!

Five stars all around. John is such a lovely host, very thoughtful and welcoming. It was really nice to stay in the little casita on his property; loads of privacy but also a homey feel, not that “property management company” vibe that is so common now.
We rented a car so can’t speak about access to public transit. The location was perfect for us.
The guest unit provided everything we needed and we really appreciated the touches of cold water and drinks, coffee, toiletries, and a power bar - it’s an underrated amenity! Never enough power outlets at other places, but John has that taken care of.
We would definitely stay at John’s place if and when we go back to Phoenix. Thank you John for being so caring and welcoming!

Nice, VERY clean casita in a (slightly) older, very quiet neighborhood in Phoenix.
Located between 24th St and Camelback (high end shopping and restaurants) and 24th St and Indian School (mid point shopping and restaurants) this casita offers fast, easy access to anywhere in Phoenix.
The casita has private entrance, queen bed, private bathroom, and a large screen TV.
I enjoyed my stay here, and the owner was nice and helpful. The close proximity to the 51 freeway (about 5 minutes) was a great bonus.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, modest place to stay Phoenix, you'll enjoy it here.

Johns place is central to a lot of Phoenix shopping and food. Check in was simple and quick. Overall felt cozy and accommodating.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation! John’s unit is clean, updated and cozy. It’s absolutely perfect. The Wi-Fi is excellent and the little touches such as cold water, coffee and the microwave were a pleasant surprise. The location is ideal and we could not have been more pleased. We hope to definitely return in the near future.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at John's detached guest suite. Everything I needed (and even things I forgot to pack) were included in the unit and John was extremely responsive to any questions I had during my stay. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood conveniently located to a variety of restaurants. My only hope is that I'll be able to return again soon! :)

John, my host was great. The hand written card was very heartfelt. His accomodations were impeccable, and the location is central to everything I needed. His welcome manual was very helpful and informative.

The property was clean and just what I needed for my stay and it was really nice to have a fridge with a real freezer attached. There were some drinks provided and already cold in the fridge, along with coffee available as well. Very quite and private. I would stay here again.

Perfect property for my visit. Very clean and tidy. I appreciated the coffee bar, microwave and small refrigerator. The property is in The Biltmore area, 10 minute drive to Scottsdale and in a short drive you can hop on freeway/interstate. I would definately stay again.
