Nice place

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights during Christmas. This house had everything we needed. 4 comfortable beds all in same room without a wall. This prevented my teenage children from hiding in their room, LOL. Instead we all talked, played games every night. The yard has a picnic table, fire place, bbq grill, and a fishing pier with night light. On top of that the price was very affordable. What more can I ask? Plus the host left a small Christmas tree before our arrival and made christmas treat for my family during our stay. We will definitely be back

Very comfortable, neat and clean. Right on the bayou, good fishing from the private dock!

The host communicated well, and fishing off the dock was decent. The house was nice, and the check-in process was simple.I am rating this property three stars for the following reasons:#1: The listing mentions three docks, but there are only two (one is destroyed). Guests are only permitted to use the dock associated with their specific rental. While this rental has access to the better dock, the listing description is inaccurate.#2: Exterior cameras on the dock and driveway are not disclosed in the description or the rental agreement. This is a violation of platform policies regarding guest privacy.#3: The advertised fenced-in yard contains several holes. As a result, it was not secure enough to allow a dog to run freely.#4: Proximity to the adjacent rental and shared amenities (backyard, fire pit, etc.) is not clearly stated in the description or shown in photos. Privacy would be significantly limited if both properties were occupied simultaneously.
