We had an excellent stay! The home was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, and the property had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Any time we had a question or needed something, the host responded quickly and had it brought right to us. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Anna Maria Island!

We stayed in June of 2026 and had two families of four. The layout of the house is great; the rooms have lots of space between each of them with the living/dining/kitchen in the center, just as shown in the photos. The backyard was perfect for our young kids (ages ranging from 5 to 12) with the games and pool, and the beach toys/wagons/chairs/umbrella were so very appreciated to have access to. The location of this house being so close to the east side of the island was great for a quick walk over to check the tide/waves/wind on the water. Pros Layout was great for privacy. Pool/Patio access off the dining room was perfect Great TVs in each room. Glass and plastic plates/bowls/cups for kids/eating pool side. Kitchen was stocked with most things we use at home with lots of eatery. We make nearly every meal we eat while there, save for our few favorite restaurants, so having a grill(with extra propane), an oven with so many options, and many prep tools made for easy cooking. Dining room table was huge. Extra chairs are placed throughout the main living space and are lightweight for ease of gathering. Lots of hangers provided in (small)closets. Very responsive host.Cons Annoying and necessary pool alarm. White couch in a place that caters to families. Knives were not sturdy nor sharp. Beds were uneven. Pillows were very thin. Cockroaches (inside and out). Overall, good location and great layout with a full kitchen but will choose a different one next time.

This was by far the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in and honestly it was even better than expected based on the pictures posted online. The beds were extremely comfortable and we didn’t want for a thing in the stocked kitchen. Communication was top notch. The house is conveniently located to bean point beach, pine Ave, and Anna Marie beach. We saw manatees at bean point beach, watched incredible sunsets each night and enjoyed all the cute little shops and eateries, especially Coconuts! We rented a golf cart and bikes and never drove our car until it was time to leave. We’re already planning our next trip and would definitely stay here again!

Property is awesome. Location is great. Pool Great. Only concern was cleaning it was horrible. We had to go get swiffers and cleaning supplies to clean(left in closet). Floor was covered in sand and dirt. Old band aid in master shower. House keeping not cleaning. Towels are not being properly washed upon check in per covid rules. Guests leaving property are required to “clean” towels and hang back up. Not sanitary at all. We changed beds upon leaving and taking pillow case off one pillow(bedroom by front door) there was a huge blood stain on it. A kid slept on that pilllow. I took pictures for follow up. We did contact Kelly they email in beginning of week about cleaning but didn’t get any response. Great property just needs better maintained.
