Check in was done by a company called Vacasa (an offshore company) It was done all by text. It was a mess. I finally called a number and was on hold for 30-45 minutes and continued to text too. They wanted me to visit the office to get the code. There was no office. Once I got someone on the phone they provided my a code to get in... I would not let them get off. The welcome email said I would be greeted at the property. That was not happening.
Place was located nicely as detailed in the listing. Funking getting in and out, but worked. Big smelly garage. Most of the major blinds were not working, but manageable.
Lots of good plates, linens, pots and pans etc. Zero extras and corporate owned. Bring everything yourself.
I am not going back. If you stay, make sure you get an entry code before you travel

My family had a wonderful time. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Would probably go in the spring or fall when the weather isn’t so hot.

For the price you pay per night, you’d think you’d get some simple amenities like coffee filters, a few pots of coffee to get you started, and laundry detergent but nope. 10 of us stayed for 5 nights and by day 3 we had run out of the see-through t.p., one paper towel roll, and one box of Kleenex. Any hotel would replenish but not Vacasa - that’s their policy. So many things were broken I can’t even recall everything! Some include the fridge water dispenser and ice maker. The water only trickled. The front right stovetop wouldn’t heat, the dining room blinds wouldn’t go up, the queen bed frame was broken and the mattress was like sleeping on concrete. Vacasa doesn’t provide any additional blankets. The parking is horrific if you can’t fit into the garage - we had a large passenger van which was a nightmare to find parking. Lots of stairs and the entire place is tile. If you have kids, they will fall. Be aware. Then to top it off they expect you to start a load of towels upon departure with the invisible laundry detergent provided. I have such a sour taste in my mouth. Hotels are the way to go from now on.

The unit is well maintained and is very clean. Is close to ocean access. Pool was great. Lots of stairs. Would not recommend for seniors because of the stairs .
Would definitely rent again. Great space for vacation for family.

This townhome was great! Everything was clean and modern. The location was good as the beach was right across the street. Several restaurants were within walking distance. It was not an issue for us, but be aware that there are a lot of stairs. There was a lot of beach equipment including chairs, wagon, sand toys, and towels. This is really helpful for families that fly and can't pack everything!

Perfect beach getaway
Great location across street from the ocean. House has everything you need including beach chairs and towels. Close to great restaurants and pier, but kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to eat in. Wonderfully decorated and clean, I would definitely recommend.

Loved the alert if the downstairs doors opened. Keep in mind when you book - your vehicles need to fit in the 2 car garage (which is spacious and gorgeous) or you are parking off site.

Spent 5 relaxing days at ‘a sure thing’. The house was immaculate and had all of the necessary items for a relaxing vacation with the family. The beach was a 3 minute walk and the pool and hot tub was a great closing of the day.

Great place for a family
Beautiful townhouse, decoration great. It is a very modern, simple decoration makes the place look super spacious, we loved the kitchen space, already doing numbers to see if we can have one like it at home hahaha. Near the beach 3 to 5 minutes walking, it is equipped with almost everything, maybe they can incorporate a barbecue grill, and have board games; it is not necessary but it would be fun to have those. We didn`t really need anything, It has its details, the bathroom on the 1st floor should check the well because sometimes the water drips; Another maybe because everything is white, I love it but sometimes with makeup, even if you remove it, you leave traces on the towels and sheets, I apologize for that. But nothing to really complain about.

My wife and I flew down to Ft. Lauderdale for a three-night weekend stay and enjoyed our time at this property. The townhome is newer and in good shape, had more than enough space for us (or even a significantly larger group). The proximity to the beach was a major plus and was a factor in our decision not to rent a car. We enjoyed the beach and the waterfront restaurant options a little down the way to the south. As far as upgrade suggestions, having some form of shelf/shower caddy inside the master shower would be nice. Having blinds on the patio windows off the main TV room would have helped with privacy. Biggest complaint by far on a good stay overall was the lack of early check-in/late check-out options, particularly with no one checking in behind us on the day of departure. We were simply requesting a 12:15 exit to squeeze more from our last morning but were told the 10 a.m. checkout time was rigid and non-negotiable despite previous assurances from the property manager that they would work with us. All in all, a good stay with a few small suggestions on how to make it better.

Perfect for our trip
This place worked out great for our needs. We were visiting family that lived nearby and this was a great place to stay. Easy access to major roads and the beaches. The place itself had everything we needed for our weekend.
For those with families or people that have mobility challenges--the layout is very vertical and requires lots of stairs. There is one bedroom off the garage. The others are 2 stories up. Also, the master bed is VERY low to the ground.
I would not hesitate to stay here again when I go to visit.

The home was beautiful and immaculate - exactly how the pictures showed it. Communication with management was easy - however since there seemed to be so many middlemen, repairs were delayed or didn't happen. However the issues were relatively small and we still had a great vacation!

Only 2 negatives from the trip: The master bed is odd: uncomfortable and like on the floor and there wasn't a restroom pool key so we had to walk back to the townhouse when my kids needed a bathroom break.
