Has everything you could need. Super clean and comfortable! Pool and game room were excellent for our group! Short drive to beach and shopping.

The house is very clean inside. The kids’ favorite spots were the game room as well as the pool area. House has everything and anything guests might need. Communication was easy. No issues at all. Recommend!!

Best place to Stay if going to Coquina Beach . Amazing Place loved the cleanliness and vibe of the house. The Host was easy to reach and answered all of our needs. Everything was amazing I must repeat. Thank you again .

This property was amazing for my family! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and game house was a nice treat. We ended up staying in the pool most of the trip. I was excited to see how close the house was to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Located near shopping of all kinds and a short drive to the beach. The hosts were very nice and responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend this rental for a great time. EB

This Florida home was perfect for our two week getaway. The hosts were available and helpful. The home is as described. The neighborhood was quiet, but conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores ( only a short drive).
The beds were comfortable, and the hosts provided more than enough blankets, pillows, and towels.
The home is well-organized so items (such as a dozen beach towels) were easy to locate. The heated pool was lovely and enjoyed by the kids even when the outside temperature was below 60 degrees!
I would recommend this home and these hosts.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house and outdoor area is spacious, the neighborhood is quiet, and it’s a short drive from all you could need. John and Chrissy were so kind and made staying a pleasure. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Family Get-A-Way!
This was the PERFECT house for my family's much-needed vacation. The house is beautifully updated and clean with plenty of space for a large family to lounge and have dinner together.
Since we were traveling with a 4-year-old and 10-month-old twins, the private pool was perfect for us. This allowed up to put the kids down for naps, while the adults were able to lay by the pool and feel like we were on vacation for an hour or two. This also allowed the kids to have plenty of water time with no worries of sunburn with the added shade. We ended up only going to the beach one day out of our stay and spent the rest of our days by the pool.
The owners were extremely accommodating, and even helped in providing a second pack and play for our twins to sleep in.
My husband and I have already been looking at the calendar trying to find a time we can visit again. Maybe this time without kids.
