Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as described, nice location, comfortable. The rental office was very responsive to several (minor) maintenance issues that got fixed on day 1, and after that we had a great stay and would gladly stay again.

Great property for a family get away in the isle palms / Charleston area. Property was great, space was clean and comfy. Only had some issues. Range hood was non functional, wine fridge didn’t work and most importantly nearby beach access was washed away by a storm making it not nearly as accessible as we thought. None of this really impacted our stay. We had nice family time with big dinners and good trips to historic downtown Charleston along with some beautiful beach walks (once we found access points)

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very nice and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the gameroom and we found everything to be comfortable. Unfortunately though, the beach access walkway is closed and apparently has been closed for quite some time. We chose this house for the short walk to the beach. The rental company told us they had been informed that it had been fixed and we should be able to walk past the closed sign. We tried that and we were then harrassed by one of the neighbors who was taking pictures of us and yelling out her window at us. An HOA member then showed up and threatened to call the police on us for "trespassing" on the community beach walkway. The whole experience became very stressful and not conducive to a relaxing vacation. We did eventually receive partial compensation back from the rental company, which I appreciate, but I think they should be transparent with people from the beginning.
