This is the second time we stayed in this amazing home because we like it so much. It’s in a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach and town.
The fenced in back yard has a nice fire pit and lights hanging in the trees. It’s truly magical and the dogs love it.
The beds are really comfy. I always sleep so good when we stay there.
I have to say though that I was disappointed in the amount of things that had been broken and the owner has repaired since we stayed there 6 months ago. I feel blessed that Rob opens his home to us and treat it like our own. I just wish everyone did. 😞
I highly recommend this home and the owner Rob is great to work with.
BONUS: the bar and grill a couple of blocks from the house has great food. Everything we ordered was so good!

Very cute house, walking distance from the beach. Owner was easy to get ahold of and was very pleasant. An actual a secure fenced backyard. This house is something we could live in. Next visit we'll stay here. Thank you Rob for being so kind in our communications.

Cozy cabin with nice amenities and very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed staying in and watching movies, walking to local shops and playing at the beach. It was a great little get away for our family.

The location just couldn’t be any better! Walking distance to everything important! The amenities were appreciated, especially the washer/dryer and the fenced backyard complete with firewood! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed, too!

Great place to stay. We had everything we needed and it’s a short walk to beach, shopping and restaurants We also enjoyed the fenced backyard for barbecues and the fire pit Enrique’s Taqueria is a 2 minute walk and has great food! Will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfectly situated from the beach and the many shops/restaurants in Lincoln City. We very much appreciated the fenced in yard and access to a hose to rinse the dog off after beach trips. The house itself had everything we needed and accommodated our family of three (<1 year old) and dog. We had plenty of room for another couple, as well, so something we can consider next time we visit! Thanks for sharing your home and all that the Oregon Coast has to offer!

Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Loved the comforters. Loved the fireplace under the tv. Good way to get warm in the mornings with cup of joe. Was a close walk to beach. Only thing I would say is grass/weeds could stand to be mowed, were little tall for my 11 lb chiweenie. Little hard to clean up after her, couldn't always find it. Rob was very quick to respond.

The house is so cute and I loved the back yard. It’s really close to the beach and to shops and such.
I was disappointed in a few things. When I got there I read through the check in book. It stated that towels had to be out in the wash, dishwasher run and it was suggested to strip the beds. It also said there would be an additional charge if there was very much dog hair. Well everyone’s idea of too much hair is different. My dogs do shed so I was panicked about getting an additional fee so I pulled out the vaccuum that was in one of the bedrooms. It didn’t work.
I also noticed mold in the tracks of the windows in the kitchen and they looked like they hadn’t been clean in years. Hopefully the window tracks will get cleaned because the kitchen was 1 of a few that were like that. The stove had a burner that did not fit so you couldn’t use the burner and it too was dirty.
On the day of our departure I did strip the beds. The back bedroom had dog hair all over the mattress cover. It was disgusting to think that I slept on that. It was very noticeable so I’m not sure why it wasn’t washed.
I’m not sure what cleaning fees are for when I did some of the cleaning and some of the house was rather dirty.
If these things get taken care of… it’s a nice house.

This was a great spot, especially with a dog. The location was peaceful and the backyard was a nice area. The walk to the beach is a bit of an elevation trek but is a nice paved access. This worked great as a holiday home base.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The location was great and the fenced yard was a bonus for sure. We walked for miles on the beach, enjoyed the firepit and watched Christmas movies! It was so relaxing! Ron was wonderful to us and very helpful with all of our needs.

The back yard is wonderfully secure for our pets! Quiet neighborhood. The usual amenities were welcome and working. We enjoyed the Roku and speedy WiFi.

This little house was very relaxing to stay in. It was clean and easy to check into on day of arrival. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. Everything worked and there was a dishwasher! Very close to town and the beach! The only thing I would I suggest is more absorbent towels and teflon pans that aren’t scratched but other than that we had a great time and it was a wonderful time staying in such a nice home.

A great little house with ample sleeping arrangements. My first vacation in several years and the first time our two young golden doodles had ever been to the beach; which we all loved. I really appreciated the pet friendliness of the Coasty Cabin and its fenced in yard. While (as an older disabled person) I found the nearest local beach access to be problematic physically, we found a wonderful access spot about a mile south that was populated by only a few locals both times we went there. Overall, we had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed our stay at the very cool Coasty Cabin. Rob was terrific and more than gracious as were the housekeepers who happily waited as we cleared out a bit tardy for check out time. We will look to stay at Rob’s cool Coasty Cabin again!

The house had many extras like dishes and gadgets and extra dog toys and leashes. It was a nice little walk to the Main Street to go shopping and to get the delicious treats at the corner bakery!

It was okay
The listing was fairly accurate and the owner was easy to communicate with. The house was in a decent location, close to the beach and hwy 101. There were plenty of towels and blankets, the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. There were lots of movies and games available for use as well. It wasn't my favorite rental, though. The beds were not very comfortable and the house wasn't the cleanest. The carpets had stains on them and my allergies were acting up. The front storm door is on crooked and doesn't shut. My kiddo pinched his finger in it trying to get it shut. The backyard was nice enough and the full fencing was a huge benefit for the dogs. Overall it was an okay experience, but we'll probably stay elsewhere next time.

Great getaway experience!
The owner responded quickly to questions and was timely with instructions on how to get in. Beds are very comfortable. Water pressure is good. My toddler loved the boat decorations around the house. Would definitely stay again!

Great sisters weekend.
The house was lovely and cozy. It has a great living area wonderful for talking. The beds were comfy and clean. My only suggestion to the owner is to add a privacy curtain to that front bedroom. Thank you for sharing your home.

This is an older home but it has been renovated and really uses the space all! It has everything you need for a few days at the beach. The location is prime for Lincoln City.
