Nice location, about 8 minute drive to everywhere- beach, restaurant, historic downtown. House very clean, had all the necessary items from kitchen, pool, and beach gear.

We absolutely LOVED this home. It is just beautiful! We brought our seven yr old twin grandson/granddaughter with us, who got to swim and play with their cousins who lived in Venice. It has everything you could think of needing on vacation, except for the one item I forgot to pack- a blowdryer . I hope to return to this place on our next vacation. Thanks for your kind neighbor for sharing your number today when I left my phone with all your info, locked up inside the house. And he ask if we had grandchildren with us, I said yes. He thanked me , saying there was no sweeter sound than a child’s laughter. He said he enjoyed hearing them have fun. We cannot wait to return for our next trip. Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Quiet area and just a short drive to the beach. House and pool area were clean. The owner, Camy is very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall had a great experience and loved our time in Florida!

Our goal was a relaxing getaway for my husband, myself and his two cousins. Camy was in constant contact with us on our arrival day. She notified us early when the property was ready for check in which was contactless. The house is equipped with anything and everything you could imagine needing or wanting. Pool toys were in abundance. There were board games as were for the rare rainy day. The grill was an added plus to the very well outfitted kitchen which boasted every utensil and electronic device you might need. Also, there were plenty of dishes and silverware so you didn’t have to run the dishwasher every time you prepared a meal. We spent most of our time by the pool relaxing and enjoying the abundant wildlife. There were even binoculars for up close viewing. The outdoor shower is great for cleaning off after a day at the beach. Location is convenient to restaurants and supermarket. I highly recommend this property for families with children or those looking for a quiet relaxing destination. You will not be disappointed.

This property was perfect! Camy was awesome to deal with. She made check in super easy and enjoyable. She allowed us to check in early which saved us a huge headache. She even checked in with us to make sure every was okay. The property was very clean and was stocked well so we could do some cooking and stay in a night or two. If we go back to the Venice area we will definitely be stay here again!

The property was just as listed; clean, elegant, and spacious. The only trouble with arrive was an issue accessing the smart lock on the front door, though this was thought to be an isolated issue. With there being direct access through the garage, we found ourselves not needing to use the front door. Then each accessories came in handy and we’re super convenient.

Our family enjoyed staying here! The home was very clean and as nice and spacious as pictured in the listing. Camy was easy to reach and quickly responded to a couple questions we had during our stay. The location was great for our family to explore the area beaches for the day and enjoy relaxing in the pool to cap off our evenings. It was great to be able to use the beach chairs too! We would love to return again!

I do not write reviews often, but I would like to do it this time as a thank you to Camy and Radu for their great attention to detail and respect to their guests. We just returned from our spring break vacation, and we could not have been happier with our stay! We were welcomed with a modern open concept house which featured a spacious kitchen and two living areas. Three elegantly decorated bedrooms were separated in a practical split design layout. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows which opened out to a lovely lake view with a beautiful pool. The two bathrooms were spacious, spotless, and welcoming. The top-notch kitchen looks brand new and was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. I appreciated the availability and variety of spices, oil, cookware, kitchenware, and paper towels. We appreciated the fully-stocked standalone laundry room, and the appliances were fittingly quiet. Smart TVs were available in the living room and each of the bedrooms, with many channels and apps. The internet connection was perfect, supporting three people working remotely with absolutely no issues. Thank you for the nice bottle of wine, and chocolates! Communication was very smooth - they greeted us after our arrival to make sure we have everything we needed, I really appreciated that. The house is very conveniently located – close to shopping centers, beautiful downtown Venice, and the great beaches nearby. Thank you, Camy and Radu for sharing your home with us, it was one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve ever had! Not one complaint to share. We love your place, and we plan on another vacation soon.

We absolutely loved our time at this rental property. Cami was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more. Both the house and pool were very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.
