Very clean and comfortable. A few recommendations would be to have more room to hang clothes two bedrooms had no place to hang clothes. A hot tub or having the pool heated would have been better due to the weather but overall it was nice

The house is even better that the photos, it is very clean, well decorated, all renewed, the beds were very comfortable, outdoor area is great, nice pool and pool side furniture, and extra lower deck with seating over the water front. The area is very quiet and close to all accessories, shopping, restaurants...The host is very helpful and communicative. The house was very clean, and very well maintained. Brand new game room was just added to this house as we came and it was amazing fun for the kids and adults, pool table, foosball, darts, air hockey and so nicely arranged with more games still coming. We would definitely stay again.

Extended weekend stay for Monday night Dolphins game! Great location, very clean, safe, quiet neighborhood, and wonderful host. The host was very responsive with our questions when asked for suggestions on places to eat and for things to do. The backyard area very relaxing. Would definitely stay again if come back to the area!

We stayed for a few days and the experience was wonderful. The house is even better that the photos, it was very clean, well decorated, seems all almost new, the kitchen is gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, when you go inside it is open area concept, the outdoor area has a great big pool (we didn't have time to enjoy because of our busy schedule) and the area was very, very quiet. The host was very kind and communicative. The house was very clean, you will noticed once you come inside. I recommend it and if we visit this area again, will consider to stay in this beautiful house.

It was a beautifully furnished and comfortable house, it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and not far from the activities. It has a fully equipped kitchen, we only cooked breakfast there and went out to the restaurants for supper. The host is a very friendly man who helped us with some decisions as to where to go for activities. Since our flight left late, he let us stay in another propertly, to wait for the flight time. One morning, he brought us pastries for breakfast. Believe me, he will take good care of you if you need it.

Rashon was great to communicate with and always very responsive. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome in his home. Would recommend his home for a stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area. It was quiet and peaceful home and enjoyed mornings on the canal.

We rented this property to get together with some friends to relax and celebrate life together. This place was a beautiful, clean home that allowed to each feel so comfortable and welcomed. It really felt like home away from home. It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to the Hard Rock Casino. We could actually see the guitar lights from the pool area. It was pretty amazing !
The pool was clean and beautiful. The owner was response and so kind he even let us check out later which gave us a bit more time to share time with friends and the beautiful pool area ! We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful Property
This property was the perfect size to accommodate 3 couples. We had a great time! I loved the house so much that I wanted to purchase it. The pool was my favorite part. We were able to go swimming at night and enjoy the night sky. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. It's at a perfect location, 20-30 minutes from Miami, 10 minutes from the airport, less then 2 minutes from Publix and other stores and Hard Rock is right around the corner. The neighbors were friendly. The canal was an added bonus. Rashon answered all our questions in a timely manner. He was a great host. The excursions we booked were minutes away from the house, that's a plus. We will definitely come back and recommend this property.

This home was fantastic! Conveniently located to everything! Great pool, great BBQ grill, was able to fish in the canal, and the home was comfy and gorgeous! And Rashon was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Thank you!

This is an amazing home! Great backyard with a decent size pool and privacy fence! The home is close to alot of things to enjoy. Most of all Rashon was the best host i have had. He was there for me every step of the way ! Just book the property already!!!

Very quite , lovely, comfortable and accommodating house. Please don’t sleep on this property. The pool outside area is so relaxing it may keep you there all day.
