This property was in a perfect quiet location just far enough from the local amenities and Lake George. It was very open and spacious had a large yard, nice fire pit, pool heated to 83 degrees with a perfect patio for relaxing. When we’re in the Lake George area we’ll definitely attempt to stay here again.

House had nice layout and room for everyone in our party. Would have given a 5 star rating if we hadn't had the following issues: (1) Found pool green and very cloudy upon our arrival. Pool wasn't usable until the third day of our stay. (2) All the beds need to be upgraded. Beds were very noisy and bouncy. (3) Handrail needs to be installed on basement steps. Accessing laundry and kids play area felt very unsafe without anything to hold onto. We enjoyed our stay, but feel it would have been a great stay if the listed issues were addressed. We stayed for a week at this home in the Adirondacks. It was excellent. The pictures do not do this place justice. The property and the views were beautiful. The owners are super responsive and actually care about thier guests. We ran out of propane once during our trip and they had it replaced with reserves same day! The outdoor kitchen was a family favorite for cooking. In fact the entire outdoor area was amazing. Between the heated pool, covered lounge area, and views we were able to get some much needed relaxation. We would def recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful quiet getaway!

My family and I stayed for a week. The owners communicated within minutes anytime we had questions. The house was even better than pictured. The kitchen had everything anyone would need. There were many small touches that were appreciated (toys, doll house, games, dog toys etc). The property was beautiful and peaceful. We hope to go back in the future.

The place was wonderful! The pictures do it no justice. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to anything we needed or wanted to do. The heated pool was a real treat! We also enjoyed the horseshoe pits, fire pit, grill and our door speaker system. There were plenty of games for our group to play as well. Hope to make it back one day! Thanks for hosting us.

The property is EXCEPTIONAL and met all of our needs and then some. The owners, Jean and Paul are great hosts. It was a fully equipped home away from home. The pool, the firepit, everything. We had the most restful time. It is about 20 minutes away from stores, etc but that is what we wanted. We had only one issue while we were there and it was fixed in 15 minutes! The pool got cloudy becuase it was just opened. They had us dump in some shock and the housekeeper came right away and vacuumed the pool for us. I have never had such service anywhere - better than a hotel. The grill outdoors was perfect. Covered. Worked perfectly. Overall we could not have been happier. I have video and picture to share. My family had the most lovely time! The hosts are nice and kind people and very accommodating. They were quick to respond to any questions and kept their home clean and you can tell it is well loved. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and my husband had the time of his life using the griddle/grill outside. Overall everyone in my family agreed we want to come back!!!

We loved the beautiful scenery, peace and tranquility. Fireplace was awesome and our daughter loved sledding in the yard and the toy room in the basement.

The house is beautiful, the fireplace was my absolute favorite, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back!!

This property is really nice. The fall is amazing at this house. The property is well laid out and the house is spacious. There is really nothing I can say negative about the house. It comes as advertised.

We loved this property and the surrounding area so much! Our favorite parts were the cozy evenings by the fire place and using the spa bath. We also loved the heated pool and over all atmosphere of the home!

What a beautiful place to stay. The house is so cozy and comfortable and in a peaceful setting. The owners are great and very accommodating they answered all our questions very quickly. So if you want a home away from home this is the place! The pool is out of this world, imagine swimming in an outside heated pool in September!!!!! Everyone in our group had a great time and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Pool is a fantastic amenity that you don't find with many home rentals. Lots to do within a short (<2hrs) drive, especially when you head into Vermont. Our thanks to Jean for providing such a nice accommodation for our annual family excursion.

We had a great time. This place had everything we needed, was nice and quiet, and the pool was great because it was heated. The weather did not cooperate, but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors with the covered outdoor kitchen and a fire pit. There were places to play music everywhere and plenty of space for 5 adults and my 1 year old. Even had a playroom for him. Jean reasoned quickly to my questions and we look forward to visiting again.

Very nice set up ! The heated pool and pool area are fantastic including outdoor sound system . Inside floor plan was very well thought out and clean, down to earth and homey. Cell phone chargers in every room and they left us breakfast on them with home made maple syrup made from the trees on their property. They didn’t forget anything. Very highly recommended place to stay.

The pictures do not do the home justice! It was a lovely space for our multigenerational family. The arcade game, stocked drink fridge, and very ample supply of towels were pleasant additions that we haven't had in other vrbo properties. The pool was always the right temperature and the water slide was a hit. The property is located in a scenic location on the eastern edge of Adirondack attractions. This is great for those coming from the east who want to minimize the ride in or who want to have easy access to vermont. It is a great base to explore ticonderoga (I recommend crown point even more!) and lake george. I wholeheartedly recommend this home! To note: If accessibility is of interest to you, there are some stairs to navigate going into the home, one small stair between the dining room and living room, stairs going to the master bedroom and stairs going to the pool although they were not a problem for my mother who does have limited mobility. The stairs going to the laundry were not ok for her, but it was ok for our group because she didn't have to do laundry herself anyway. There is a low sided shower stall on the first floor with two bedrooms so once you are in the house it is ok if you can do a small stair. If traveling with a small child, there is an office alcove off the master bedroom and ample space within the master bedroom to fit a pack and play. Two points to note: the owners are responsive, yet relaxed in their approach. If you have a question, reach out; they will answer in a timely manner. The home is used by the family so there isn't a lot of storage space (drawers/cabinets/freezer) to put your things. It's definitely ok for a short term rental for those without many personal items to store. We had a great time and I think you will too!

Jean and Paul was very accomodating! The house was lovely, from the welcome basket to the free drinks and it was very clean! Abundant towels, kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed just sitting by the fireplace during the night and of course having our coffee by the swing with the beautiful view of the mountains was stunning. We forgot one electronic device and they sent us a message right away. This is a very nice vacation ho.e away from the hustle and bustle of the city! We would be back!
