Really nice, dog friendly property. Well maintained and stocked kitchen. They clearly care about their property. Felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Pagosa Springs. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a great place to relax after spending the day exploring the area. One of our favorite features was the hot tub—it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. We also enjoyed having the small grill available so we could cook outside and take advantage of the beautiful mountain setting. The location was excellent, just a short drive from downtown Pagosa Springs while also being close to the San Juan National Forest, making it easy to enjoy hiking, sightseeing, and other outdoor activities. The home was well equipped, comfortable, and made for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing home base to explore Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area.

We had an amazing stay at the home. The home was clean and well stocked. And at night, with the windows open and the fresh air coming in was perfect. The area was incredibly peaceful. We weren't able to bring our dogs this trip, but definitely would recommend it as the outdoor space is perfect for your four legged family members.
