We had a great stay here at Rollin Tides! Quiet complex with a great view of the pool.

Great place to stay. I give 4 stars overall. The condo had been cleaned but still had crumbs on the table and a dirty nightstand in the master. The ceiling is very thin so we could hear the residents upstairs walking loudly and kids running around. The location of the condo is off the main road and very quiet. The pool and commons areas are well maintained and very clean and also quiet. It’s an easy and short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. No issues with the host. The kitchen is lacking in a large enough frying pan or sauce pan to prepare food for 4-5 people, but otherwise has enough to make some meals. This unit has the basics but not set up for comfort. A throw blanket for the sofa and a table lamp in the living area to read by would be so nice to avoid harsh overhead lighting but overall I would still recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, and the location was great too. Easy access to the beach and close to seaside shopping, dining, etc.

Great location. Overall mostly clean, except carpet that needs replaced and was very dirty/ coming apart. Lack of dishes / kitchen appliances & utensils was a downside. Second floor location was horrible with sounds from the third floor. We could hear every footstep & children running / bouncing balls at every hour of the day & night.
