This property was easily the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The hosts were incredibly detailed in their instructions, they made the process so easy, and the house was spotless and BEAUTIFUL. Melissa, my point of contact, was wonderful. Whoever designed this place, I need to have them over to our home to decorate! Thanks so much for a great family weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only a 10min or less drive to the Clearwater Beaches. The location is also great if you want to visit Madeira Beach/Treasure Island or St. Petersburg. The house is gorgeous and did not disappoint. The amenities were better than any other VRBO property we have stayed with.

Great communication with the host. When we checked in the air was set on 68 so we turned it up to 72 and noticed water coming out from the floor seams outside the hvac closet in the family room. They were very quick to get someone out to look at it. The owners care about their property and it shows. She did warn us that the guests prior to us left much to be cleaned up. This was very true. The house is well decorated and plenty of left behind goods from previous guests. We loved all the available beach items.

On the day of check-in we were informed that the dishwasher was broken and would not be fixed for the duration of our stay. We believed that we had the entire house to ourselves but learned upon arrival that the "available additional space" was actually an apartment within the home. One of the lounges by the pool was broken and we found occasional crawling insects in the house.
Aside from that, the space was fine and the pool was well maintained.

Beautiful property-exactly as pictured, well stocked, comfy beds and good communication from host. Close to Clearwater and Dunedin. Would absolutely stay again.

For the week and a large crew of 11, they only had two rolls of toilet paper, two rolls of paper towels and no dishwasher soap, so we had to buy our own. The grill didn't work it was rusted with no bottom at all. The back yard and pool was alot smaller than they appeared in the picture. We did like that there was a shower outside to wash the pool water off. Also there was a T.V. in every room, the kids loved that. The home was very clean though and very spacious, it did accommodate our large crew very well. She also let us check in early after the cleaning was done which was super nice! It was a long ride with 9 kids. 🤣
It was not a bad drive to all the beaches around clearwater. Sunsets and sunrises were amazing with a short ride. Sunset Beach, Seista Keys, Clearwater Beach, and Sand Key beach were the beaches we visited and they were great. We found crabs, whole sand dollars, starfish, and nice shells at the beaches!
All and all, I would do it again! I would recommend the house for sure.

We had amazing time! Every morning kids woke up and went into pool before breakfast. Location is great because it's not far from anywhere. We went to beach every day and came back to pool and was able to make dinner in amazing kitchen and play some card games before bed. House had so many amenities to use its too many to list! It was so helpful! We definitely recommend and will keep this location saved for when we come to visit family again.
Only side notes would be, coffee table super wobbly and not really kid friendly, and no regular coffee pot just a Nespresso machine and we didn't have any pods for it. But neither of those was deal breaker and we managed. Stay was still amazing! Just wish we had time to use back yard more. Very good family House with well equipped house hold items
Stay was very well, beautiful house and well equipped with all utensils and house hold items. The house has few furniture which can be replaced with more sturdy ones. Bedroom door opening is an issue with the carpet. Need a replacement and a smaller one. Small bathroom needs a tissue holder and a bin. Kitchen is amazing and very well set up. Living, Dinning are amazing. Covered pool can be an improvement for future to keep the Pool clean from the leaves and lizards (we are North East people and not so acquainted with lizards). Overall very beautiful house and proximity to Clearwater Beach and super markets made the stay easier. A must recommended house for families.

All I can say is this property was exactly as listed but even better. Never had I walked into a place and the house is even better than the pictures. The house was crisp and clean. It had everything you needed and more. From beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and toys for the kids. The location from the beach was only about 10 minutes. It’s also conveniently located to stores and restaurants. My family loved everything about this property, from the location, the cleanliness of the house, all the extras the house had to offer(first aid kit), the responsive host, the great neighbors. The pool made for a great time in the backyard. If I’m ever in the Clearwater area I will looking up this property!! I can’t say enough good things about this place!! You can tell the owner put a lot of hard work into it. Oh yeah the attached apartment to accommodate a larger group was great. Thank you again Melissa, your property made my family’s vacation that much better.

Gorgeous, Spacious, Perfect!
An absolutely beautiful home for a long weekend getaway! The house is meticulously clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and has every amenity you could ever need. The pool was delightful and we enjoyed the spacious fenced in yard as well. The beds were very plush, with high quality linens and plentiful bath and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room were much appreciated too! We also booked the attached matching apartment to comfortably accommodate our group of 8. We had plenty of space and made some wonderful memories. The neighborhood is also great for long walks, is close to Publix and restaurants, and is just a quick 10 min drive to the beach. We are so grateful to have enjoyed such a lovely, clean place to relax and unwind. A true gem! Highly recommend!

The house was beautifully decorated and offered a lot of starter stuff (paper towels, hand soap, sunscreen, etc) which was really nice. The beds were great overall just on the firm side FYI. Owner was very responsive to questions. The pool deck is nice, but lots of leaves that float in the pool so hard to keep clean. Also know there is a small apartment attached to the house that can be rented separately. Totally recommend.

Hello all we had 7 ladies come to a little getaway and this place fit the bill to a T. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed. The house is so adorable and very quick drive to the beach and shops. Highly recommend.

The home itself is beautifully decorated, and I cannot say enough about all the little extras that are included- from towels for the pool to anything needed in the kitchen you could imagine.This is definitely the best furnished property we have ever rented, and we travel a lot. The location is another plus, it is in close proximity to any type of restaurant you could want, (several in walking distance)the beaches , Tampa, and more. We never drove over between 5 to 20 minutes to anything we wanted to do. Sitting by the pool was also relaxing and it was quiet in the backyard. There is also a portion with furniture that is shaded if you do not want to be in the sun all day. It is also a short drive from the airport. We loved everything about it. We will definitely be back.
