Honestly the best place to vacation! I hate to even tell people about this beautiful secret because I love coming back! The property is well kept, great location, and the sunsets are fantastic! The unit is clean and has all the needed amenities for a fantastic stay. Would hope to come back every year!

We loved the place and would definitely consider booking again. What we liked: - Location, location, location. Proximity to nice beaches and the balcony views were amazing. - The pool - it's humble, but nice to jump in after a long day - Information book - a lot of great information about things to do and recommendations for food and various activities - Convenient stuff available - little things like boogie boards, backup sunscreen, etc. What we didn't: - The windows don't close completely and there can be noise from people outside at night - Parking - the spaces are limited and very tight - Ice maker was super slow to refill and easy to accidentally shut off. It would be great to have some ice trays as backup

This is a very clean and well-appointed condo. The view was amazing, right on the ocean! We watched whales while we ate breakfast on the deck and from the pool we watched sea turtles below, for hours. We loved the well-appointed kitchen which was well-stocked. The washer/dryer was so handy and this unit is air conditioned. It's only a 7-minute walk the beach, restaurants and hiking trails. Perfect!!

We came to Kauai with hopes to see whales during their migration. This place was in a great location- you can walk to Poipu beach and see the turtles at sunset! We enjoyed the pool and the huge bonus of this VRBO is the ocean front property and being able to sit on the balcony and watch whales breach, dolphins jump by and turtles swimming.....all day! We saw SO many whales EVERY DAY, totally incredible and worth every penny!

Great view, awesome location, and well appointed unit. Everything you would need on a beach vacation was provided by the unit. Hair towels for showering was especially appreciated.

We had a glorious week at 205A. The accomodations were very comfortable and the views from the lanai we're breathtaking. Hope to return again.

If watching and hearing the crashing surf, enjoy observing sea turtles in their natural environment, like searching for whales frolicking in the distance, and appreciating relaxing by the shoreside pool, then this is the place for you. Plus, you are walking distance to Sandy beaches and nearby, fine dining and reasonably priced food establishments are nearby. Walking distance for some. The property is very well organized, clean and well-managed. We even met a very personable permanent resident. Unit 205A is amazing as well. The decor is very appropriate for a tropical dwelling., and comfortably organized. The unit’s owner has provided just about anything you would need for an amazing stay. From cooking utensils to beach accessories, to a detailed instruction manual for the unit. The owner has been extremely thorough in thinking of possible renter needs. Finally, Cynthia, from thebestbeachhouses.com, was friendly, easy to work with and responded quickly when we had questions. After two days of terrible storms, we called about getting the ocean facing windows cleaned, as during the high wind storm, the sideways wind and surf spray had made it difficult to see. She hired a company to come while we were still vacationing and during the holidays to boot. I almost didn’t write a post for this property, as I feel like it is a secret gem we’ve discovered. In fact, we booked for two-weeks this August, to go back and play some more. Aloha!

Beautiful getaway paradise with a chef’s kitchen.

This condo has been my favorite to date! The cliff setting and the pool are spectacular. Everything in the unit is stellar with a well appointed kitchen for those who enjoy cooking in. Furnishings are attractive and the master bed is comfy. I hope to book again!!

Nice clean condo /property in great location with great view - short walking distance to Poipu Beach that came stocked with everything needed for an island vacation. Owner made our trip simple.

We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed. Clean condo with comfy beds and all the household items you need (cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas & boogie boards).

It was the little things that I appreciated: wireless iphone chargers on each side of the bed, lots of garbage bags under the kitchen sink (not just the usual 2), laundry soap/dryer sheets, dish soap on kitchen counter, board games, binoculars, and a very detailed binder with information. Free mid-level snorkel gear for a day through Snorkel Bob's - very helpful folks (we rented for the week). Cynthia was responsive and helpful by text and email. The unit overlooks the south shore aggressive water and the sunsets are stunning. The crashing waves against the rocks are audible all night long - so if you are a super light sleeper, this may not be for you. Air conditioning in the main bedroom and common area worked great. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Wifi worked very well (I had work Zoom meeting - which were no issue). Front side of property isn't particularly attractive, but that is irrelevant once you enter the unit. You can tell that attention to detail was paid! Fantastic unit and stay.

This property is breathtaking! We’ve traveled quite a bit, and have stayed in several VRBOs. Cynthia was HANDS DOWN the most thorough, responsive, and kind property manager we have EVER encountered. All of the amenities in the condo made for a beyond-comfortable stay I would have given all 5-stars if it weren’t for the temperature control in the second bedroom/bathroom area. It really wasn’t A. Issue as there were only two of us, but I would have been uncomfortable in the guest bedroom. The bathroom area was warmer than the master, but not too bad. Now for the view….almost indescribable. From the ocean waves and sprays to the endless turtle sitings, I really can’t say enough. Do yourself a favor and book this property now! Wander down to the beach to see the turtle come ashore early evening to bask and rest. An overall magical experience ❤️🌺. Mahalo to Cynthia and her flawless team!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing, we could have sat there everyday and just listened to the waves and watched the turtles. We've never stayed in the same place twice while vacationing but I think we'd be hard pressed not to stay here again if we ever decided to come back.
