We really enjoyed this property and the beautiful location on the beach and within walking distance to some of the oldest hotels and prettiest canals.

Beautiful accommodations! Exceptionally clean-a lovely stay!

We loved our recent stay. The condo was beautiful and the location was exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for the Miami party scene this is not the place for you - which is what we wanted. The pools and beach were great and we would love to come back.

I booked this property several months before our Bachelorette Party because of the ultra modern amenities and beautiful oceanfront view! A few days prior to our stay, the property manager called to let us know there were some unforseen plumbing issues that would prevent us from using the showers. Mark worked with me, and gave us the next door unit (1102) for free for the weekend to rectify the situation. He worked with me to make this trip super memorable! While we didn't use many of the amenities in this specific unit, the beds were extremely comfy, the kitchen and living room were modern and inviting. If you have a party of 4, I would HIGHLY recommend unit 1104. The views in that corner unit were AMAZING. EVERYTHING was updated with heated toilet seats and rain showers. HORA rentals was super helpful and more than made up for the inconvenience of having to shower next door. I HIGHLY recommend this unit and unit 1102. The pool was beautiful, the property clean and modern and the check-in/check-out process easy. My only coming about the property (NOT the units) is that we weren't allowed to bring ANY food/drinks/cups to the pool. Even if we bought a bottled water from the Cafe on the property, we weren't allowed to take it to the pool. The pool had it's own servers and tiki bar where they wanted you to purchase everything there at a very high price. Althoigh they did give you a cup of water if you went up to the pool bar. Again, the city was everything we hoped. The Art Deco district was very cool. I also highly recommend Mango Cafe for Salsa lessons and a very entertaining night!
