DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! This ace is filthy and filled with bug infestation. Roaches and spiders everywhere. Rat droppings all in the kitchen windowsills. Avery. Asthma place. Crawling all over the floors, live spiders and eat in every corner of every room. We refused to stay even one day at this home The pool was filthy. Our 8 year old son was bitten by a spider in the bunk room after only two hours in the house We Argo call the Mailbu police department to report a dangerous life threatening situation. Because every room was filled with live spiders and bugs. We did not stay at this property. You should not stay at this property.

Pros: The view is gorgeous. The house is amazing and spacious and huge. The area is fantastic.
Cons: This is a well used rental, lol. The locks and sliding doors were all kinda jacked up. There were ants everywhere. One fire place didn’t work. The house is lit really dim at night and the hot tub didnt work until the last day.
That said, the pros outweighed the cons.

The outdoor amenities were amazing! We really enjoyed the pool and spa. The views were also stunning and the property grounds were well maintained. The home on the inside was little dated but accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were a party ten, two families of five aged 10-46. The house has excellent living/lounging space upstairs & outside. No one was crowded. The pool & hot tub were very enjoyable. We hiked the area daily & it was within 20 min of all of our hikes/preserves. The only upgrade suggestion I have is better overhead lighting in the kitchen & dining area. It was a little challenging at night cooking/preparing food. But the house had ample utensils & cooking appliances. We had some questions for Seabreeze & they were so prompt with responses. Appreciated it. Overall, everyone loved the house. Morning coffee looking out over the ocean was a daily start to the day.

Great house
We were a party ten, two families of five aged 10-46. The house has excellent living/lounging space upstairs & outside. No one was crowded. The pool & hot tub were very enjoyable. We hiked the area daily & it was within 20 min of all of our hikes/preserves. The only upgrade suggestion I have is better overhead lighting in the kitchen & dining area. While this house has a beautiful view and the interior is very nice. To be a little petty. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, the explanation of how to heat the pool and hot tub were not clear but that was fixed quickly once I called. We also were aware that the driveway was steep. And that we could use street parking. Which we did for one of our vehicles. Last night that vehicle was vandalized and our side view mirrors were stolen. Which seems odd to us being that this house was so off the main roads and that anyone would know it was there.

No lighting in kitchen so we had to move lamps in and it was still hard to see!

Beautiful view but…

This rental was falsely advertised about amenities! Too many problems everyday
I will not rent with VRBO again! THESE amenities were all promised but This property had no heated pool DW was out of order upon arrival AC broke, no WI-FI

The house, location and amenities were wonderful!! However there were some friction points with the management company. #1 the address they provided was WRONG... luckily we were able to reference the pictures and find it. #2, the app that was shared after booking was disjointed and had additional charges for everything from heat, to ac, to pool and hot tub. We would have been fine with the additional daily charge for the hot tub, but it took 3 days (into our stay) to finally get a clear answer on how to enable it... And then they charged 4x the published daily rate instead. Where they should have lead with empathy and efforts to make it easy for their customer, they repeatedly referenced communication that was never actually sent/received.
