Cute little house with 2 nice sized bedrooms. Great backyard offering lots of shade trees. Owner was very responsive. My dog and i stayed for a month and enjoyed our time. Thank you for the great experience and opportunity to pive in Sun City for a month!

This was a small place. It was cute.
Pluses: it was 5 minute drive to a very nice activity center and close to every necessity like grocery, dinning, hospital, dentist, stores etc. the back yard was adorable. We loved the sitting area, bunnies and all. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful. The owner responded promptly and was friendly.
Drawbacks:The dishwasher was in kitchen but required us moving it to the sink for hookup. There was a washing machine in the kitchen but no dryer. The bathroom faucet needed a new washer and did not have adequate water flow. The entrance to the driveway required us to go over curb.
