We just got back from a week stay and the pros about this house is the location and the pool! The pool is much bigger than most of the Florida pools and it's deep, which was great for diving. It is also so close to the open water that my husband was able to catch several different kinds of fish. The cons: When we got there, we found some kind of animals poop on the rug where my daughters were sleeping. First impression made me think it was not cleaned very well and it was very gross for me to have to clean that up. Next: you will need to buy everything for this house. They give you two rolls of toilet paper and very little hand soap or paper towel. We also didn't have extra trash bags so we had to make an extra trip to buy those. Personally, I would not want to or expect my guests to have to buy trash bags or toilet paper. The grill: This is a nice feature, however, it says in the description that if you use it, you must buy a new propane tank for the next guests. We used it one time and it was empty. So someone did not do this before us and we were expected to buy a whole new one for the next guest. Again, this is not something I think the renters should have to be responsible for. We would have liked to use the grill more but did not think it was right that we would have to purchase the propane when we used it one time before it was empty. Last, when we were leaving to make sure we got everything, we found mens avocado boxers under one of the beds and nicotine gum in my sons room. I am glad my kids are a little older but if someone had young kids crawling around, this is the last house I would want them in. Overall, we had a good time but I would not recommend it or stay here again.

The home has been updated beautifully with comfortable furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, and great outdoor space to enjoy. It was clean, fresh, and new. The pool is wonderful and we used it extensively. Everything you need is provided and that made for such a nice stay. We loved the location of this home. It was not on a busy street but was close to everything. Being in Punta Gorda Isles is a must, and this home is located in the best spot. We loved everything about this home and highly recommend it. Windy was so responsive and easy to contact. Trust the pictures, because they are accurate about the shape of this home. If we are forced to offer a suggestion, it would be to provide a Keurig instead of a coffee pot maker. We like different kinds of coffee and being able to prepare one cup at a time works best for us. Picky, I know, but that is all we can think of to make this a perfect rental home. We highly recommend it.

Would recommend staying here . It is advertised as walking distance to town. It is not . But driving and parking around punta gorda is easy and friendly.

Had a great time in our week at the property. Extremely clean, very warm pool, location near many things to do. 100% would stay again!

We loved our stay! We had plenty of room for our family and loved the lanai and pool area. It was fun to watch the boats go back and forth on the canal. Used the bikes daily and enjoyed the shops and restaurants at Fisherman's Village. We had a great time and will be back!

Great location. We rented a pontoon for three days and it worked out perfect. House and pool high end. Every possible kitchen utensil. Great neighborhood but yet it was pretty private.

Wonderful, well stocked home with nice deep heated pool. We have rented many homes and this was the first one that had complimentary toiletries!! Ended up seeing a dolphin in the canal. Communication with the host was very good. Would definitely rent this house again.

The mattresses were amazing. We all slept great. Lots of pillows to choose from as well. Location was great, very close to the village and downtown. The neighborhood was nice for walking with the baby. The pool could have even warmer and you will need to buy more toilet paper, there are only 2 rolls per week. Overall I would recommend this stay.

This home is exactly as described in the listing, if not better. I have definitely stayed in homes that were not as described and this is not one of them. Very nice/safe location. Extremely clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The host was great and very easy to get a hold of. Just a great experience overall. On the last day we were sitting out on the lanai and we heard some splashing. We had been hearing that all week, but just assumed it was fish. It was a dolphin! So definitely be on the look for that. Super cool to see! This is a great house and I will absolutely be renting it again in the future.
