Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the compound for a week with our kids over New Years. The cabin fit us perfectly and the kids loved the hot tub. The table was perfect for board games and meals. I love to cook and made breakfast and dinner everyday. The pots and pans are worn out and small if you are cooking for a crowd. The toilet leaks in the master bathroom and the shower tends to get a lot of water out on the floor (needs grout work).

Amazing spot! Perfectly homey, the beds were great, amazing pillows and a well equipped kitchen! Everything was super clean. We felt right at home.

Fantastic property. The main house we stayed in was marvelous and met all our needs. The other structures on the property appeared promising. This compound would serve well for family gatherings! We were there for our partner’s 30th birthday. We spent the entire time there slack-jawed while taking in the view and just relaxing and being lazy.

The house was amazing! The views from the back porch are awesome! From the back porch, we saw a couple of mule deer, a turkey, and some chipmunks (sorry, no Sasquatch). Coming from SW Louisiana, sitting on the back porch and soaking in the hot tub was about as relaxing as it gets! The weather was perfect, even though the area was experiencing a "record heat wave". We were a little concerned about no A/C, but that was not an issue at all. We opened the windows in the evenings and the house stayed a very comfortable temperature. We weren't there during the day, so we closed the windows. When we returned in the afternoon/evenings, the temperature in the house was still comfortable despite the "heat wave". The house is very nice, the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and supper everyday. The beds are comfortable, and there is an air mattress available if needed. We were a party of 8 adults and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep on. The managing company emailed and texted several times to see if we needed anything. I could not have asked for a better experience. As for activities; we drove to Silverton several times (beautiful drive), drove the Million Dollar Highway to Ouray (another beautiful drive, and not as bad as people made it out to be), visited Arches National Park in Moab (about a 3 hour drive), and white water rafting with Mountain Waters Rafting Company (Brielle was an awesome guide!), the train ride from Silverton to Dur
