Shelving in closet fell down at some point on the 21st while we were out. Fan on refrigerator is noisy and makes an annoying squealing noise at times. Makes it hard to get your sleep.

But after being there awhile, I noticed that the mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the shower valve was not working well, the flokati rug was very dirty with little pebbles/dirt in it. flokati rugs are hard to clean. The kitchen has a well-used microwave, but the dinner plates wouldn't fit in it. A teapot/kettle would be nice. I am also a short rental owner with high ratings. I reinvest my profits back into the property to maintain it. it is spotless. One thing I would highly recommend is to have a "junk drawer" as scissors are necessary to keep in the kitchen as well as other things that would be handy to have: pencils, notepads, tape, stapler, screwdriver, etc. but scissors are really necessary.
