My family and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was a perfect location and excellent property! Rita and Melissa were AMAZING, and I could not have asked for a more perfect holiday stay for my family. They decorated the house for us and made sure we were so welcomed. The property was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed! And again, I cannot say enough about the hosts (Rita and Melissa)!! I defintely recommend this property for anyone visiting the Poconos!

We had an amazing stay at The Hive. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 small children. The playroom and outdoor swings/fairy garden kept the kids busy when we weren't out and about. The house was also pristine!!! Melissa was a dream to work with when planning the trip. She thought of every last detail to make our stay a pleasant one, and was quick to respond to messages before and during our trip. She even helped book a hike with goats for us! I cannot recommend this home enough. Thank you to Melissa (and Rita!) for hosting us and helping us to make family memories we will never forget!

House is very nicely maintained and well organized. We all had fabulous time spent these 3 days. We will definitely make a visit next time again. You are such a nice host. With so much of patience you responded to every question I asked. And sent us lot of pictures videos to make us comfortable about the house.

We had all of our children & toddler grandchildren gathered for the wknd at the Hive. We loved every minute of our stay. The home is large and very clean and accommodating to our family of 15! The playroom for the toddlers was a big hit! So much love,hugs, and memories made. Thank you Rita and Melissa.

We had a great time at the PoconoHive. Our group of 14 had plenty of space and everything we needed to cook a large Turkey dinner. The property has a whimsical feel and close To many things to explore.
The host answered all our questions timely and had Great suggestions on places to eat.
We will be back for sure.

I have been traveling to Arrowhead Lake for over 10 years and have stayed in many different properties. The Hive was our favorite!! Rita and Melissa have set this home up with everything you can possibly imagine -- from cleaning supplies, toiletries, appliances, and everything in-between. The house was also incredibly clean and all the furniture very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the back deck at night listening to records and enjoying the seclusion and quiet sounds of nature. You will be sure to have a terrific stay if you book with Rita and Melissa at the Hive!

The house was truly a home away from home. We visited with three generations and everyone throughly enjoyed the home, amenities etc. The owners descriptions were detailed and accurate. Any questions were answered quickly and many suggestions for activities and local dining were given.

The house was amazing. It was super clean and well laid out. Our children loved the playroom and the swings outside. Quick drive to the pool and lake. We will definitely be returning to the hive! it was one of the best vacations our crew has taken. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it!!

Arrowhead Lake was awesome
Beautiful, clean property. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Memorable nights with family out around the fire pit. Several beaches, playgrounds, and other activities within this gated community. (Note: the vehicle passes and activities fees for our party of 14 was over $250).

Perfect family escape!
We had so much fun at Arrowhead lake and The Hive was the perfect home base during our trip. The house itself provides so much entertainment for kids between the outside space and the playroom. It was incredibly clean and the communication with Melissa was beyond helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond to make our trip special and we cant wait to return!

The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathroom on each floor set up! The house had so much space for all three little families in our group, yard was AMAZING and we were so very thankful for the playroom since the weather was NOT on our side. Melissa was amazing to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. We are already talking about our next visit back!

The Hive is a Haven
My family and I stayed at The Hive for Mother's Day weekend. The house was SPOTLESS and equipped with everything we could have ever needed and more (can we just talk about the essential oils and Not Your Mother's hair products?! LOVE)! The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathroom on each floor set up! The house had so much space for all three little families in our group, yard was AMAZING and we were so very thankful for the playroom since the weather was NOT on our side. Melissa was amazing to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. We are already talking about our next visit back!

Wonderful weekend with the family
The house was extremely clean and organized. The house was stocked with anything you needed for your stay. The homeowner was extremely easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone and especially to those looking for somewhere family friendly.
