Well appointed home convenient to lots of activities in the area. Our hosts were kind enough to let us check in early on the day we arrived, and promptly answered the few questions that we had during our stay. We plan to come back again!

Great home, very clean. Everything is labeled nicely. Its in a good neighborhood. It cost more than other VRBOs that I use, but you get what you pay for with a very clean, nice home.

You will be lucky if you get a chance to stay here for your visit in Layton. Every little detail has been thought of to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are roomy with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has every item you could possibly need to cook and the family room upstairs and downstairs provide lots of space for everyone to hangout. Next time we are in Layton we will definitely stay here.

Great home, very clean and everything nicely labeled. Costs more than I usually pay for VRBOs but you get what you pay for in a very nice and clean home. Owners very helpful and check in process went without a hitch.

Our daughter and her family live on the Air Force base. This home is 2 minutes from the south gate and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We've stayed in this property twice and hope to do so again. The owners are incredibly accomodating and great to communicate with.

Every year for the past 4 years we have been going to Utah for a week vacation. We have family in Farmington and always opt to stay in Layton. We have had some shabby places and some "okay" places to stay. This was the first time we felt like all of our needs were met and the place was just like home. The layout is perfect for a family like ours that has 3 young kids and 4 adults. They had a tv in almost every room and the owners were so hospitable. There was one small issue and they fixed it immediately without any hesitation and were so apologetic. We plan to use this rental for the years to come when we visit!

This was my first time renting and this experience was over the top. Room to stretch out for the whole family, Condiments and appliances took all of store buying out of the question as this house was equipped with everything you need. The furniture was very nice and the whole house was clean. My contacts Cliff and Linda Provided all the information we needed to make our stay Rememberable. Also this house is in the best location right in the middle of eateries and shops. Definitely will stay next time we are in Layton visiting family.

This was the perfect property for our family to stay in while visiting family in Utah. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, there were great common areas to hang out in the upstairs and downstairs as well as in the large backyard with the grill. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again next time we are in Utah!

We were able to make great family meals in the most well equipped kitchen of all the properties we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect and getting in and out of the house was seamless. We would stay there again and again when in Utah.
