My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this unit for a 5-day getaway in Asheville, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. This unit's location is perfect for anyone looking to explore Asheville and its surrounding attractions.
First and foremost, the proximity to Asheville's downtown area is a major highlight. It's just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the vibrant and charming town. Furthermore, this unit couldn't be better situated if you plan to visit some of Asheville's iconic attractions like the Biltmore Estate or the Omni Grove Park Inn (a mere 10-minute drive).
The spacious unit has two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, providing ample room for our family. The main bedroom even boasts a large walk-in closet, which was a pleasant surprise. The unit's highlight, however, must be the breathtaking Blue Mountain view from the expansive living room.
One feature we particularly appreciated was the filtered water refill options available on alternative floors. This eco-friendly hydration approach was convenient and environmentally responsible, saving us from buying countless plastic water bottles.
Lastly, I must commend the management of this VRBO unit. Their responsiveness to all our questions and requests was nothing short of impressive. Thank you for providing us with such a fantastic home away from home in Asheville!

Spacious apartment on top of Hotel Indigo. Views of the city and the mountains were wonderful. Easy walk into town for great restaurants and bars for great drinks and live music. Close to Grove Park Inn and Biltmore -- both lovely places to visit.

We loved this place. It was walking distance to everything! They also have a cute little balcony where we were able to have coffee and watch the sunrise. The views are gorgeous! This place was clean and had everything you would need!

We liked this unit a lot. Great views and easy convenient location. A small issue with the drapes in the Master Bedroom but it wasn’t tough to work around. With that said we thought this place was great. And, if we return to Asheville would look to stay here again.

We came to Asheville to celebrate 50th birthdays and the apartment was a gem! We loved the views and cleanliness of the apartment. It was in a great location to walk everywhere downtown. We highly recommend the apartment!

The property was clean and comfortable with amazing window views. Other reviews mention the master bedroom being loud due to nearby interstate traffic. However, we didn’t find it to be an issue- we are heavy sleepers. The only things I wished were better were the water pressure in the master bathroom shower and we could not locate the power button for the vent over the oven (we tried all of the switches we could find), so I wouldn’t recommend cooking on the stove. Location was a walkable distance to most of the bars/restaurants downtown which was a plus. The host was also very responsive on the VRBO app when we had questions.

why not spend a few more bucks to have much more room than a hotel. Since we went with my wife, daughter and daughter's fiancé, my wife and I were able to have a bed, my daughter as well and we had a nice couch where her fiancé slept. Worked out great and very good communication along the way with the owner.

A surreal experience for our family! So wonderful to be back in our hometown & next door to our old apartment. Condo was beautiful & the scenes from the 180+ view are unmatched!

Floor to ceiling glass windows allowed for beautiful views of the city and mountains. Electric shades made for easy opening and closing. Furniture could use updating and rooms need more lighting. This rental could also use more blankets and throws to help warm guests up while lounging on the leather furniture. Traffic/road noise is very loud especially in the master bedroom. Parking is tight but very convienent. Location is steps from a walkable downtown.

We were all very happy with our stay in downtown Asheville. Within walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and right next to the highway for easy travel to close by locations. The unit was well appointed and very clean. The staff at the Indigo was so friendly. We would highly recommend. Just like the pictures.

perfect location. apartment is in need of updating/repair - curtains torn, tired looking. need more/nicer toiletries. most importantly it's very very noisy between loud street traffic and barking dog in nearby units - too hard to sleep

Overall we had a wonderful stay in Asheville. The second week in October was perfect for a fall color spectacular show! The unit was in a good location as far as being close to everything. The view from the windows were amazing. A few tiny complaints were because of being close to Highway it was very noisy early in the morning, no sleeping in. Also the small carpet in family room had a slight odor. Otherwise very accommodating.

Great property and 5 star location. Phenomenal views. Easy walk to all things in downtown Asheville. Highly recommend. Only “critique” is that there is a decent amount of road noise since property is adjacent to 240. Was not a problem for us, but might be for light sleepers.

Wish it was bit away from the main hwy, as due to traffic noise all the time, outside could not be used. Parking space for car is very tight and next to big pillar. If you have big SUV - ask if you can park in some other partking spot

Property is luxurious as pictured and as advertised with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful views. Just a few minutes to walk to great downtown restaurants. Parking was easy and accessible.
