Questa casa vacanza per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da zone di pesca, dal mare e da molte altre località interessanti. Puoi camminare fino a Mollymook Golf Club: bastano 14 minuti, ma se conosci già questa bellezza, forse avrai voglia di scoprire Mollymook Beach, dove potrai arrivare in 14 minuti a piedi.

Cerchi un po' di relax? Riposati sul balcone o nel cortile privato. Hai già visitato tutte le attrazioni della città e preferiresti rilassarti un po'? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi, TV via cavo/satellitare e lettore DVD per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un bollitore elettrico, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Anche se sei in vacanza, potrai fare qualche bucato e viaggiare con una valigia più leggera: qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice. The house we stayed in was really nice and fitted our family needs well. However It was advertised to include internet and to bring your own sheets and towels.. unfortunately the internet did not work and managing agent could not rectify that in the 4 days we were there. We considered that the internet should have been checked prior to our arrival. A simple inspection would have identified that this key element was not working. We also discovered that there were boxes of linen in the bedroom. Given that we came from overseas we had bought and paid for sheets and towels in Sydney before travelling to Mollymook. That was a waste and also led to cramped travelling on the drive from Sydney to Mollymook The location was good. The other amenities in the house were very good. It is a shame that seemingly small matters were not addressed by the managing agents.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entry the laundry looks quite unappealing but once we walked in, it looked beautiful. Everything was supplied that was needed and the property managers were very helpful and followed up thoroughly

Great location and outlook over Coller's Beach (which is dog friendly). Also a short walk along the beach front to Mollymook main beach. The upstairs of the property (main living area and 3 bedrooms) were well presented and spacious for our group of 9 in the communal living areas. The downstairs of the property (2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette) is woeful. Musty, dark and in serious need of updating. Unfortunately the downstairs area did not appear to have been aired for sometime and was also dusty/ mouldy. The fans in this area were unusable due to mould and rust. We also had some additional issues with a dirty bbq which had not been cleaned prior to our stay and resulted in much back and forth with the agency and promises to have to cleaned prior to Christmas Day however unfortunately this did not occur. Some of the kitchen appliances were also food encrusted and a cleaner was eventually dispatched by the agency to address some of these concerns.
