This condo is in a great location in Grand Lake within walking distance of the downtown boardwalk and just a few minutes to Rocky Mt National Park. New flooring throughout and updated bathrooms x 3, large bedrooms with 3 queen beds. Kitchen cabinets and woodwork has been painted white; the paint is full of scratches and chips and showing a lot of wear. The drawer under the range doesn't close right and one corner sticks out so you have to take care not to stub a toe. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowels, cups, utensils, etc. The pans are pretty old with chipping teflon so we did not use them. One of the sliding closet doors in the entry was off of the track and just sitting against the closet shelves; we didn't have a need/use for the closet but had to be careful not to set anything agains it. The light colored couch really, really needs to be cleaned or replace. We put a blanket over it. We enjoyed the deck out of the master bedroom and used the grill twice. We didn't use the paddle boards or kayak but a nice touch that they are included.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was close to a market and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained . The best part is it was only 2 miles from the entrance to RMNP. We will definitely stay there when we return next year.
