San Remo Coastal Reserve si trova a soli 8 minuti a piedi, quindi non ti serve la macchina per arrivarci. Perché non la lasci presso il tuo alloggio, che offre anche un parcheggio? Se invece hai voglia di guidare, ti bastano 3 minuti per raggiungere Parco naturale di Phillip Island. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito, TV via cavo/satellitare, impianto stereo, lettore DVD e biblioteca musicale: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! Well maintained house with great ocean view. All my friends and families along with pets enjoyed the stay. Driving distance to all amenities and attractions.
Highly recommended for families and friends get together.

All in all house is accommodating..spacious bedrooms with enough bathrooms they were clean and beds comfortable. The issues we had was the kitchen ...utensils crockery and pots and pans were not cleaned well and needed to be cleaned before we used them.The house also seemed a bit dusty.If these cleaning issues were addressed l would not hesitate to use this property again.

The property was ideal, great size for a family of 8 adults and 6 kids. Great location and layout. Ideal for what we were after.Dissapointingly the property was a 5 star but only 3 star for so many small issues. I did report them all. Many could be sorted quickly but weren't. Many were just needing attention. On a number of occasions, whilst there, I was texting and e-mailing the managers who acknowledged several issues but did nothing about them. Several had been reported before. I only saw this on the reviews after we had stayed so there was time for these things to have been sorted. A few hundred $ would have sorted it. I felt that we had paid a 5* price for a 3* experience, in a 5* place. Pity, as the property could be so good. I understand the property was/is for sale, so this could have had a bearing on not wanting to get things sorted, I don't know. A few H & S issues and some cleaning issues. All small but important for a 5 property.
Having said that, we would go back, if they were sorted!

Great location with lovely pool and spa. Views to Phillip Island and easy access to activities or just stay at the house and swim or play games. Loved our time together.

The property is nice, in a gated community a little drive away from the beach. House is nice with plenty of space, a great pool and spa which were both used regularly during our stay. We were able to clarify with management some minor issues with the operation of the spa and hot water supply and get delivery of a gas bottle for the barbecue. This was done promptly and efficiently. The only other issues we had were on the second day, the coffee machine stopped working properly and required a cleaning cycle for which there were no cleaning tablets and the barbecue which had seen better days had one of the four burners not working and all cooking had to be completed on the grill. More attention by the cleaners on these items would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

This property looks amazing in the listing but was very disappointing for the money paid
The views from the balcony are of a big White House, there are views if you stand to the left or the right of the balcony in the distance. Not the views shown on the listing.
The home isn’t well maintained and not so clean.
On arrival we had to wait for cleaners to finish after a 10hr drive. ( our check in was 3pm we arrived at 3.08)
The pool was cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom ( pool came out for 3 days to try and fix it)
The BBQ was dirty
The freezer was left with food in it and dirty
The utensil draws where dirty
One of the showers the side bit was broken off and another one leaked
The oven seal was broken (we fixed that)
The fridge wouldn’t close properly (we fixed that)
No remote for the bedroom tv
Living room remotes backs and batteries missing
Outdoor umbrella broken
Coffee machine dirty
Side gate lock wouldn’t lock properly
No fire pit, pizza oven as in photos
Cloths airer broken
1 gas bottle empty (be careful when using BBQ my husband burnt his face)
Tiles falling off the pool
The back sliding door’s filthy
But the beds where comfortable

Our family and friends had a great time. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The owners were also very responsive and respectful. Would happily stay here again.

We had 4 families stay at this property over the Queens birthday long weekend. Heaps of beds to accomodate everyone and lots of bathrooms so nearly all families had their own. Open fire was amazing while watching the footy and kids had a blast in the 36 degree heated spa!! Highly recommend and will book again.

San Remo Resort was amazing for our family of 14. The communication was great, the house had everything we needed and we felt right at home from the time we pulled up. The spa and pool we also amazing but the weather wasn't on our side this trip so we will definately be back to enjoy everything this property has to offer.

Had a great Easter weekend in this lovely well equiped house. Kids absolutely loved everything about the house especially the pool and heated spa.

I stayed here with a couple of families for the Easter long weekend.
Had a great Easter weekend in this lovely well equiped house. Kids absolutely loved everything about the house especially the pool and heated spa.
All up it was easy to organise to stay there with prompt responses and easy access to the house.

Great accomodation for more than one family. Plenty of space and privacy. It was awesome watching the kangaroos in the property next to the house each day. Pool and spa were amazing.

The bedrooms were very spacious but we didn’t need all the extra beds which made it slightly cramped in 2 of the rooms. The bathrooms were great. There was plenty of living space but the butlers pantry was very narrow and dark so only one person could comfortably fit at a time. The oven was filthy which was a disappointment. The secure side yard was great for our little dogs. We had a nice family time together, San Remo is a lovely spot.

The house is well appointed, with good daylight access and a cozy and relaxed vibe. It sets you into 'holiday mode' right on arrival.

The pool and spa area were great although a new house just in front of property made privacy an issue. The bedrooms were very spacious but we didn’t need all the extra beds which made it slightly cramped in 2 of the rooms. The bathrooms were great.
