We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Ferdinand Beach. The condo was the perfect distance to get to the beach, where we hunted for sharks teeth!! The condo was very clean and accommodating for our four legged friend. We would highly recommend!!

Our family was looking for a quick getaway from Kissimmee and this was the perfect place for it. I never had to reach out to the condo's contact because I had no issues. It was clean and within walking distance to the beach. You can tell it was recently renovated and they did a great job. Amelia Island is a wonderful town. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location on the quiet North end of Amelia Island. Quick walk to the beach. Apartment was very clean and check in was simple and efficient. 5 minute drive from Historic Downtown.

We had a short weekend trip to Fernandina Beach but this location was perfect. The condo itself was well equipped and in great condition. It was a short walk to the beach and a short ride to downtown. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed for 10 days…kitchen was well equipped w/Keurig, all the kitchenware needed to make some delicious dinners. Big Screen tvs, reliable wifi, Netflix, cozy blankets, parking right in front of unit w/easy to open electronic lock all made it a most enjoyable experience & a great value!

Very nice condo. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Newly renovated. Very clean. It had everything you need. We even cooked thanksgiving dinner! Spacious kitchen. Great large screen TV’s for sports and movies. 4 minute walk to the beach!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay and will definitely return to Fernandina Beach. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to Hurricane Ian.
We enjoyed a few good meals and were hoping to do some shopping in the historical downtown area but the hurricane forced everyone to close.
Our timing was bad but everything else was great.

Nice condo 2 block from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Pet friendly. Neighbors were friendly too and the complex pool is nice.

First trip to this area and very pleased with our choice for lodging. Everything you need once you arrive and even extras to make our stay more enjoyable.
Our host not only provided local info for eating options, but we were also treated by a gift card to a local restaurant (walking distance) with ocean view and great ambiance

Great location with all the comforts of home. I traveled with 4 other adults and our only complaint was it was tough sharing one bathroom. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The condo was equipped with all the necessities and lots of extras such as beach chairs, etc. I would definatley stay here again

Awesome Place
This room was perfect for our beach adventure. Plenty of room to hang out and make meals. Nice little porch area with a sliding glass door to store all our beach stuff. Water hose for rinsing down right at the back door. Kitchen was well stocked and great appliances. Clean and neat. Pool was nearby and perfect size. Short walk to the beach.

Great place and location
This was a great place to stay. Everything was in great condition and had anything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, beach towels and two chairs. I absolutely loved the towels and blankets. So soft; not like the normal skimpy hotel quality. David was always available by text. I have never rented a place that didn’t have any reviews but I took a chance on this and won big. Only a couple minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again.
