Our stay was wonderful. The only details i would suggest for next time would be: the AC was not working, there were a lot of moths and the mattresses were not comfortable at all.

Great view of Bear Mountain ski slopes.
Quiet and restful. Cabin is well kept up and all appliances worked well. Layout is nice with common areas upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom has it's own attached full bathroom. Would recommend to anyone asking me :)

We had a pleasant vacation but the home needs deep cleaning. The sofabed needs to be replaced and games need to be replaced as they were not in their appropriate boxes and scattered all over on the corner table.

Easy check in and helpful property Mgt. We requested some light bulbs and batteries for the remote and the response was quick and the maintenance guy was very helpful. The place is very spacious and the outdoor area has a spectacular view. The Neighborhood was quiet and we slept great.
The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom makes it the perfect place for a family or 2 couples.
The only negative was the initial overwhelming smell of pinesol when we entered the place. We had to air it out for a couple hours.
We would still stay there again and highly recommend it.

When checking in at the reservation office the people were very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The only slightly disappointing issues we had while we were staying there was the bed frame in the master bedroom needed to be repaired (It was causing the bed to sink in the middle) and two of the dining room chairs had legs that needed to be repaired. It would have been nice had there been a broom in the closet for us to use. The kitchen area was well stocked with nice appliances and anything else you might have needed. The floor in the cabin has recently been redone and is very nice. The place has also been painted recently. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Nice Getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our weekend at this property. Check in process was very easy and everyone was very pleasant. The cabin was very clean and pretty much as it appears in the pictures. The house is set high in Big Bear so you can see above the trees in the area--beautiful and relaxing. Very clean. The neighborhood includes amazing homes. Very romantic stay for a couple.

We stayed to getaway and keep our social distance. This place was perfect for our family of 3. There was snow in the back which our son could play in and just a short walk down the street was a large area to go sledding. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and not have to worry about bringing much but food. Looked like the outside was just renovated and the inside could use a touch up but was plenty fine to stay in. We didn’t leave the whole weekend other than to go out back and walk down the road so it was perfect for our little stay away. Waking up to beautiful Mountain views was a bonus. We’d definitely stay there again.

I was so excited to come on a magical mountain getaway with my family. The listing online looked magical and beautiful, but what we saw was anything but. The house was not in good condition at all. The curtains in the downstairs bedroom were broken and we had to rig it in order to close them for sleep. The floors were absolutely filthy and I had to go over everything with a wet swiffer. It was completely black when I finished and it was still disgusting. They hadn’t dusted in what looked like months. The PlayStation wasn’t working and the games were in shambles. There was some stuck on gunk inside of the water heater in the kitchen. There were hairs on all of the extra pillows and quilts. There were also dead bugs everywhere. I called management and told them about everything and they admitted that they only did a “COVID clean” which means a wipe down of surfaces people touch. They said the dusting, floors, and bugs are only taken care of during “deep” cleans. We asked for our cleaning fee back and were refused. The price of the cabin for the view and square footage was great, but they made us pay an arm and a leg for fees and didn’t even give a good cleaning. We will not be using this company again.

He was very nice and brought us a bag of ice and ice trays.

Clean and comfortable with a beautiful view
This cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything works. The bathrooms were clean, with plentiful hot water and good water pressure. The neighborhood is very nice. As other reviewers have mentioned, the view is great and you will want to spend a lot of time on the deck.
