This home was clean, quiet, modern, great view of the canal and safe. Highly recommended.

Room was decorated nice but had no place to put clothes. Floors were filthy. Looks like it’s Been long time since they were wet mopped. Had to wear my shoes. Tub barely drained & didn’t look clean. Mold in corner of shower. Will not rent this room again

Love this property but this unit was not too good.
Lots of fruit flies coming from drains. Shower/tub slow to drain, so standing in water while showering. Found left over coffee and grounds in the coffee pot from previous renters and bug feces on spare pillows in closet. My host thank goodness was able to send us a code to get in - we waited until 4 but still no email with code. Other units at Little Harbor were not like this.

This room is right next to the pool, fitness center and fun outside activities like cornhole, bocce ball, tennis, pickle ball and shuffleboard. The 2 restaurants, beach and marina are also super close and convenient. Seems like the best location on the entire property.

Well the actually area around appeared nice & clean. This unit seemed more run down & cheap decor along with the towels down to the toilet paper. The manager seemed nice & helpful but the unit needed work had a strong Mildew smell. The wall were thin & you could hear people above you & around you. If your on a budget this acceptable. You get what you pay for so just remember that when your booking anything.
