Place was reasonably clean, view of the water from upstairs, facilities were great for an extended family stay and everything worked inside the house. Only negatives were lack of supplied top sheet (just the doona cover) and had to bring our own coffee machine.

No faults with the property, and communication prior to the day of arrival was fine.Nice spot away from the crowds. Had everything we needed, cosy and with a nice view.Excellent for family gathering.Thanks for having us we had a great time, everything was perfect.

We are 3 couples who regularly use B&B accommodation for our golf weekend escapes. This was the most superior house with spacious and ample accommodation for everyone. We enjoyed the thoughtful planning as toilets were strategically placed, bathrooms were amazing and the kitchen and meals/shared space was superb. Quality fixtures and fittings were a delight.
I would have liked to have an extra set of keys though.

Great property to use as a base for exploring Torquay, its beaches and beyond. House is in new condition and had lots of room for 8 adults. Nice view over RACV golf course with ocean in the distance from balcony.

House was amazing! Great size house that was perfect for all of us. Great amount of bathrooms and living spaces meant it was great for a big group. We loved the location, which was super handy for us as we had a wedding at the RACV club. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Everything is new, top quality and exceptionally clean throughout. Beautiful views out the large upstairs windows. So relaxing, we didn't want to leave. Location is perfect. Booking, checking in and out was all so easy. It was the perfect getaway for our family get together.

We had an amazing time at this property, the location is great with a short walk into town and a short walk to the beach, we stayed with 2 x families with 4 kids in total and there was more than enough room, property was extremely clean and very well presented, we would come back and stay again next time we want to stay in the area

Just a beautiful property. Fabulous views. Great location. I don't usually bother with reviews but this place needed just recognition. Would love to go back again. The wife's first comment was "we're not leaving."

We stayed at this property with another family over Easter weekend. The property was fantastic, Plenty of room for two families. Great open plan kitchen and living area and the terrace had a great view looking over Torquay. Plenty of room while giving plenty of privacy if needed. The location was amazing. Walking distance to Torquay surf beach and into town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday property in Torquay.

So close to the small shops and lovely restaurants and cafes. We even popped over the road for a relaxing spa treatment at the RACV Torquay Resort.
