The house is set in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. It is close to Timberline ski without being right on the slopes. This was much preferred for privacy and beauty. We had a lovely time.

Our Thanksgiving vacation was perfect. The house was homely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, every appliance worked, and was easy to use and maintain. We stayed for a week with our three kids, ages 1.5, 3.5, and 5.5. They enjoyed all the games, books, and easy access to the yard at the house. Highly recommended!

Unique property with it being in a private airport! Well stocked cabin with cozy touches. Hot tub was great and would recommend for someone looking for a weekend away!

Plenty of space and plenty to do around the area. We really enjoyed our stay. Our place was clean, roomy and had things to do indoor and outdoors! Games for kids and family indoors, corn hole boards and hot tub outdoors. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This property worked out perfectly for us. It was right in the area where we wanted to be based, with easy access to hiking in the state parks. The house was very clean and the kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Any type of dish or cooking utensil we needed was right there. The neighborhood was quiet and it was fun to see a little plane take off or lland every now and then. We would definitely stay here again.

We have rented it for 2 families of 4 and have been comfortable for long weekends. The only negative we have is that the hot tub only worked for 1 day our first year renting and it didn't work at all our second year. We understand that things break but that has been a little frustrating.

We enjoyed the house, very comfortable beds, couches not so much and TV channel offerings were terrible, frustrating even. I was confused by the coffee pot situation and having to drive your trash to a dumpster was not ok. The porch was enjoyable as well the hot tub, but there was just not enough in the area for us to come back to, in the summer anyway.

It is not the "cabin in the woods" that I really wanted, but is so convenient to everything it was well worth being in a neighborhood. It is just 30 minutes to the trails of Dolly Sods, and seems even more convenient for skiers.

Reviewer Comments: There were 6 adults in our group and our main purpose was to have a very relaxing vacation and motorcycle thru the mountains of West Virginia. The home was very comfortable, plenty of room and well stocked. The kitchen has just about anything you would need. We utilized the grill every night and then off to the hot tub. My only issue with the hot tub is I wish it had more jets, but we made the best of it just relaxing and enjoying the company. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the shower in the master bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and we did meet one gentleman who lived a few houses away and talked to him several times. The location was perfect for us. One couple went to Big Johns one day and said the food wasn't very good. The property manager called while we were on our way out to let us know where to pick up the key (they had to close early.) and communication on their part was exceptional. If I had a question, I had my reply usually the same day. I would definately recommend this property.
