Walking distance to town. Comfortable for three.

Great base for three creative cousins to attend the nearby Clunes Booktown Festival. After a busy day enjoying a jam-packed schedule of festival events, Gabriella’s house complete with its comfy couch, cute kitchen and dreamy soft beds was the perfect spot for us all to rest, relax and recharge so we could do it all again the next day! Thanks for having us.

It's a rustic house nestled in the trees but still an easy walk to town.
For our purposes it was clean, and the the beds were comfortable for us and two of our adult children.
Most importantly the air-conditioner helped us cope with the bout of hot weather experienced over the March long weekend
It was located about 10km to the venue of the family reunion.
We enjoyed an excellent dinner together at the Farmers Arms in Creswick on the night we arrived.

Property is older, less well appointed, and less well maintained than it appears in the photos. We were disappointed as the property does not compare well to the many other properties that we have used at this same price point.
