Everything about the resort was great, staff were fantastic, room was very comfortable. Anytime access 6am to 6pm into the Vic Falls national park was awesome.
Thought the dinner menu was a bit limited for an upmarket resort.

General ambience of the place and easy access to the falls
The face that we contacted you regarding a black puffer jacket we left in our room you have made no effort reply to our queries after several messages sent to you. This I regard as substandard

Location was amazing. Short walk to Victoria Falls and the Bridge. Room was nice. They did give us a room overlooking the gardens. Breakfast was great.
There was a very large conference on for the 2 days we were there. It was busy, noisy and we couldn't get a sunbed because the conference clients were lounging around the pool (not using the pool), despite a clear notice to say residents only. Staff were very unconcerned! Avani must tell people who have booked if any circumstances may affect the stay.
Also the menu for dinner was limited, some items not available and it was at best what I would describe as "pub" food. We went to the Royal Livingstone to eat where decent dining was available
