All the comforts of home. Plenty of space, nice treat to have the different channels on tv, well stocked for cooking. Just wish they had a supply of spices and herbs for cooking rather than having to go purchase

Honestly such a great spot, close to everything , metro station all that you need. My partner and I did find our bed a bit hard for our liking but his parents who ate 64+ found there room great. So honestly just could be our preference. Such a well worth it place to enjoy and stay with everything close by otherwise. Thanks so so much :)

This was perfect for our trip away. We were in town for a family event and needed a space with 2 bedrooms for our family with a toddler and this fit the bill. Communication was great, the app was super helpful. We loved the recommendations for food in the area. The place itself was fine. It was clean, super easy to check in. A little smaller than we expected and it was not the same as it is in the pictures (the furniture was similar but the layout was clearly a different unit). It was a little worn in. The 2nd bedroom was open at the top of one wall which was a little frustrating as that was where our son was sleeping, but other than that this was perfect for our needs. I would use them again.

Right by Victoria Square, on the edge of Old Montreal, very walkable, tons of restaurants nearby, easy access to the Metro. Modern decor, kitchen stocked with all the basics. Only downside: our second bedroom had no door! And it was right by the bathroom, so it was in a high-traffic area,

We had a terrific time....utilized the many amenities....terrific view...beautiful, clean place with everything you need!

Some really great things about this apartment are the location, the lack of street noise in my unit, cleanliness, and a super-easy check-in. Some negatives are a barely stocked kitchen, the digital door lock doesn't always turn on immediately. You need to keep touching the keypad until it does. We recycled but there wasn't clear where to put it in the basement so we just left it near the trash. The residents of the building are extremely rude. I know the owners have nothing to do with that, but it's something to take note of. Overall we had a pretty decent stay.

This place was perfect for our weekend in Montreal. It was perfectly situated within walking distance to Old Montreal. The subway station Place Victoria was just a block away if you want to visit other places such as Le Plateau/Mont Royal. There are many parking garages just a block away for overnight parking. I was worried when another review said that parking was a problem but we had no problem at all finding a garage. The place was very clean and it is very quiet. We did not hear any noise from any other units. We would definitely return.

The best part about this rental is the location. You are right in the middle of old Montreal, within a 10 minute walk to countless restaurants and coffee shops, 10 minutes to the ports and across the street from the metro. Upon arrival, we were sent conflicting codes in both the welcome email and in the app. Neither worked and our only resource to fixing this was through a texting chat room. No numbers to call, no reception or staff on site. We were given a new code after around 20-30 minutes of back and forth. The unit itself felt cheap. Like this owner bought a tired building and has been fixing it on the cheap but renting at high price tags for the location. The furniture was noticeably inexpensive and looks tired, the kitchen dishes and tools are super junky and look like they can maybe take a couple months max of use and should be tossed after that. Overall lack of attention to detail especially when cleaning. we had to ask for a reclean immediately when we arrived and it took management team 2 days to fulfill that. The shower curtain was stained brown with hard water at the bottom and should have been thrown out a long time ago. There was a huge red wine spill splashed up against the white walls, misc. splatter on picture frames, dust on the walls, hairs in the shower and on surfaces. The walls have been seriously beaten up, but you can tell they do not pay attention to trying to remove to scuffs from the walls and doors so it just looks bad. When the team recleaned, they hit the surfaces but didn’t pay attention to anything else. When you rent spaces like this, everyone knows it is shared space and people have been there before, however the cleanliness standard here really reminded you of that and made it uncomfortable to stay. If we have been staying longer than a week, I would have cleaned it myself. All of this is incredibly ironic when you go to book and suddenly there is a surprise additional cleaning fee. We didn’t have city noise problems like some of the reviews for this property, even staying over the weekend. However, there is some type of mechanical equipment that sounded like a literal freight train. You couldn’t hear the person talking next to you. We were fortunate to only deal with that one night, but I can only imagine the frustration of people staying long after us. I would stay at any of the countless surrounding options for the area next time. This isn’t worth the price

Early check in was denied in order to “sanitize” but the first dish I pulled from the cabinet was used and filthy. Emailed Sonder and 12 hours later, received new dishes at the door. Upon packing to leave, a large rodent was resting in my closet. I reached out to them, traumatized and they promptly responded a day later and told me they “dropped the ball” but to have a nice day. After my review, someone did reach out, days later, via email to offer me a $200 credit to stay at another Sonder facility. She could’ve given me a $2000 credit and I wouldn’t use them again.

The neighborhood was lovely. The company was impossible to communicate with. There was no door on the second bedroom and the hallway was very noisy. The apartment was safe and clean but there was no one to speak with and the management was completely absent. We have used VRBO for years and stayed in Montreal and this stay was difficult for those reasons.

Wonderful location to explore beautiful Montreal from. Close to great dining, shopping and cafes. We had a slight clog in the sink and they arrived so quickly to our request for help. Great service and lovely, clean and comfortable accommodations. We will be back for sure.
