was a great location awesome space lots of room to spread out for multiple family groups.

A roach was on the kitchen counter first day and an upstairs bathroom was not clean (you can tell). Other than that the place was great and the gulf cart was very useful. Family loved the pool and getting the pool heated for $350 is a bit pricey.

The house was beautiful and plentiful of space for 16 people to relax and have a great time. Management was great and easy to work with we had an issue with the grill and they had a new one delivered next day..PROPS for that... Everyone had a good time and plenty of memories made. Definitely a great place to stay. Private beach access was amazing to have compared to the public areas....well worth it....Hope this helps another family to pick this place to stay. We will be coming back Definitely..... one day

The home was beautiful and we had a wonderful time! The fact that the hot tub only heats if the additional $350 is paid was not expected. Other than that, all was wonderful! Thanks for sharing this home with us!

The house was amazing. It was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub. The golf cart is an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Destin area.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and was large enough for our family of 15 including children as old as 5 and as young as 3 months. The golf cart was definitely an added bonus! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Living room and kitchen was large enough for our family as we cooked dinner nightly. I did notice that the kitchen cabinets were quite dirty when we arrived. Lots of old food and stains were noted so I did feel like I needed to wipe down the kitchen once we got there. Thankfully I had brought my own disinfectant spray because I could not locate any cleaning spray anywhere in the house. I also could not locate a broom or vacuum for the first couple days until someone came to look at the garbage disposal. He was able to locate a vacuum and broom in the locked closet. He did note that it was not supposed to be in the locked closet. I also could not locate a iron or ironing board and ended up purchasing one while we were there as we were doing family pictures that evening on the beach. The pool and spa was very nice. At one point we were told by the gentleman servicing the pool that if were want to wear sunscreen to please use the community pool as the sunscreen was making the water cloudy. I did think that was a strange thing to say as one of the main reasons we chose this house was because it had its own private pool that we could use frequently as the little ones napped inside the house and we all needed sunscreen as it was hot and sunny all week. I did think it was strange that out of the 8 bathrooms only 2 had bathtubs which is only an issue for families with lots of little ones who take baths. Overall we had a wonderful time and house was beautiful and clean (other than the kitchen cabinets).

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family stay at the beach. It was decorated beautifully and was well supplied with household items. The pool was a big hit with all of the family. The kids especially loved the splash pad. The only real negative was the parking for the private beach, as in there was none. We had too many children and supplies to walk so we ended up at the public beach at Pompano Joes. Private would have been nice but public was fine. The golf cart was a real blessing. All in all the property was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend it.
