Stayed here for a girl's weekend and it was the perfect spot. Nice and quiet away from downtown St. Augustine, but only an 8 minute drive to all the excitement. The neighbors were very friendly. The house was just as pictured, and very clean. A short walk to the beach and a Publix right around the corner. Everything you need.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! First, it’s adorably decorated and super clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location is amazing. We walked everywhere (we prefer to walk). Just a gem! Exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay in this well stocked, comfortable and clean home. We had everything that we needed to feel totally at home, and the location was perfect for some beach time and downtown fun!

CUTE LITTLE HOUSE PARKING WAS TIGHT BUT WE HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT WAS A VERY NICE STAY

The house itself is so clean and modern with a fresh beachy vibe and plenty of room. Loved the large shower and rain spout. The neighborhood is beautiful with many boat piers leading to water on one side and the ocean with great local beach just down the other road. Owners were so nice to work with that we extended our stay. Will return to this gem!

Very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated home. Check-in was so easy. Good location and within walking distance to many places. Thank you for a great stay!

I'll start with the positives. The house was SPOTLESS super clean and open with plenty of space for 7. Kitchen is open to the house with space to move and cook fully stocked with everything you could need. Also, any beach going things. Easy access to the beach and to every amenity.
Downsides in the listing it states there is paper towels and toilet paper. There was none left other than what was out.
We did eventually find the sheets for the pullout bed. We had no spare pillowcases for the additional pillows. Also, we were not made aware that there was construction going on across the street. We did get blocked in the driveway until we could find someone to move a vehicle.

This home is adorable and we felt so welcome. It had everything we needed. Sometimes we walked to the beach, or drove to Surfside Park when we took boards with us. My kids enjoy longboarding to Publix, Circle K, the pier, etc from this location. We went nightly to the pier to watch the sunset.

The house was great. We paid way more (double) than other homes in the area though. The company that manages this property is horrible at responding to you.

Amazing!
We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beach bungalow. Everything was new and clean. The location was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed morning runs in the neighborhood followed by play time at the shaded playground/park just a couple blocks away. This house is close to gorgeous beaches perfect for kids and downtown. House was stocked with all the beach necessities and had a wonderful, safe yard for the kids yo play. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this charming place for a long weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a more cozy, peaceful place to stay. The home had everything we needed for our beach trips, which is less than a mile from the house. Many delicious restaurants within 5-15 minutes from this home. I will for sure bring my family back soon.
