Non farti mancare nulla! Prenotando questo appartamento per non fumatori ti troverai in una zona strategica a due passi da un parco acquatico e da percorsi da affrontare in sella a una bici. Ti piace la comodità? Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio, dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo per raggiungere a piedi Shingle Creek Regional Park. Se invece hai ancora voglia di guidare, mettiti al volante: ci vogliono 8 minuti in auto per raggiungere Medieval Times (evento).

In questo appartamento con una superficie di 204 metri quadri potrai leggere finalmente tutti i libri che vuoi su una comoda sedia a due passi da una piscina condivisa o non pensare proprio a nulla nel giardino... eh sì ogni tanto ci vuole! Non dimenticarti che qui avrai a disposizione anche un balcone o un patio e una palestra. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi, TV via cavo/satellitare, impianto stereo e lettore DVD: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

The property was able to meet the needs of my family and friends for our trip. I only had two issues. 1 was the pool cleaner who came at almost noon on our second day there as we were about to get in. My expectation would have been that the pool be cleaned either before we arrived or very early in the morning. The pool was also smaller than pictured. My second issue was the guard gate. The verification process was not consistent. My family as well as others with children did not feel very secure because of this. We had a busy week so we could not enjoy the amenities but hope to do so next time. Overall the property itself was nice and large enough that we could stay there comfortably.

Overall the property was pretty well clean kept and the AC worked fantastic the whole time so that is a plus. The pool however was very dirty with all kinds of bugs and shavings from a dry rotted rug that is next to the pool. I spent my first 3 hours there cleaning the pool and back patio because you just couldn’t get away from the millions of pieces of dry rotted rug pieces coming apart! Then we noticed the back sliding door going out to the pool was broke and I notified the owner right away that the door didn’t lock and he said he would send someone right away. 2 days later they finally came and fixed it. Another problem arose from the chairs around the pool were also dry rotten and the chair back broke off while my brother was sitting in it and hit his head off the concrete wall and his bottom sides got cut very badly, I notified the owner and never got no response, so they obviously did not care. Also don’t expect to get a good night sleep for most everyone complained about the beds being rock hard to sleep on, except for the basketball room beds(if your lucky pick that room). The property is not within walking distance to any pools or club houses which was a downfall

The property was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed. It had a dishwasher, washer and dryer and keurig coffee maker. The fridge and freezer worked as needed. All the tvs were smart tvs, which was helpful for winding down at the end of the night night. The master bedroom tv was missing a battery but we weren't there to watch TV anyways. The gutter going from the 2 floor to the roof was loose, which was annoying when it was windy, but again this was only for a week vacation so not the end of the world. We did not pay for the pool to be heated, nor did we pay for the gas grill as we didn't feel the added cost was worth it. We did go to the supermarket and stocked up on coffee and breakfast foods, which did help save us some money. We went to the community pool with the water slides and mini golf, which was nice but the day we went it was quite windy. The second day we were there, the management company must power wash the pool area, which we did not know about, so a heads up may have been nice. We were also visited overnight by some wine drinking pool hoppers as there were wine stains on the newly pressure washed patio, and we don't drink so it wasn't us. We locked the patio door after that night and it never happened again. All in all, a good rental property. Nothing that made us say we NEEDED to go back, but perfectly suited our needs for our 7 night vacation to Orlando.

The dishwasher was broken when arrived. I reported the problem, they sent on site staff that was unable to fix it. They said they were sending additional staff but never did. We spent a week hand washing dishes for a party of 14 and a dishes for less. The supplies were also sparse. They had 1 towel for each person. That grew difficul as well. We had to buy kitchen and laundry soap for our week stay before we boarded our cruise, then had to throw it all away. This was not at all a "resort" care or supplies.
