Questo appartamento per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da tratti costieri dove andare a vela, da fondali dove fare incredibili immersioni e da molte altre località interessanti. Raggiungere Waipouli Beach è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Fuji Beach ti aspetta a 14 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.

Dopo una giornata piena di eventi non ti resta che prenderti una pausa vicino a una piscina condivisa o pensare già alla prossima escursione sul balcone. Potrebbe farti piacere sapere che hai a dispozione anche un'area barbecue. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

The property was very nice. They have plenty of towels, including towels for the pool. The beach chairs available for use were a nice plus. Both of the pools on the property were nice. The couch bed is great for extra sleeping space, but it is a pretty tight fit when the bed is open. Finding the property at check in was difficult. It is not well marked that there are two buildings, and while it is obvious the two buildings are part of the same complex on the daytime, in the night it is not clear at all. The directions to the provided address go to the wrong building. Trying to reach out by text and phone to get clarification was completely unsuccessful. It was around 8 pm, so I would have expected a little better communication at that time. When they did get back to me, they were pleasant to deal with. However, I no longer needed assistance at that time. During our last night, the AC units both turned off and would not turn on again. Luckily, we were checking out soon. I let the host know about the issue, but didn't receive any communication back about it. Overall, it was a good place to sleep for the nights, and a good place to hang out at the pool, which is pretty much all we needed.

The Apartment is also just a few steps away from the beach. Overall a great experience

Terrific location, walking distance to the great restaurants, and shops of Kapaa. Very scenic oceanfront steps away, though too rough and rocky for swimming. Clean and well-appointed unit with nice kitchen and balcony. We really enjoyed the place overall and the location.

While this condo 318 had all the basics, the condo is worn and dirty. Couches are stained and dirty, baseboards/corners/doors/windows/ceiling fans are dirty and haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. Photos of the front load washer and dryer are not from this condo. This condo has old/rust stained/musty apartment size/stacked washer and dryer. Freezer door handle missing, on arrival smoke detectors were missing batteries and stashed in closets. Management fixed this huge safety issue next day. Plenty of towels, bedding and beds comfortable. This is a third floor walk up condo which was NOT listed
