Townhouse is well set up, clean and bright, and with a very enjoyable "lookout" citadel patio outside, up a flight of stairs. You can even grill up there. Location is excellent, just around the corner from the pool -- a one-minute walk. I stayed here with my teenager and we took sunrise walks every day through the neighborhood. You can also easily walk into Tubac center. Highly recommended all around.

We so enjoyed our two weeks here. A well-equipped kitchen that even included a rolling pin and muffin tins! The decor was clean and the amenities as promised. We had a little glitch with the water being mistakenly turned off at first and Debbie and her local contact were on it! We hope to return later this year.

Wonderful place to stay and wonderful location. A few things that are important; the medium sized bathroom heater does not work and the toilet is running slow. Two of the toilet plungers do not function. The owners bedroom ceiling fan does not work; one of the handles on the under bed drawers is falling off. The gas lever for the fireplace does not turn off the gas. We did not use the fireplace. We could not turn off the screensaver on the television. However, the vast majority of the facility is lovely and very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much.

For what is charged there should be cable or something other than just streaming. Couldn’t get local stations or any sports shows. Plus I left a list of kitchen tools that were missing.

We enjoyed our 10-day stay at this beautiful property! The neighborhood is very peaceful and friendly. The townhome is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. There is a lot of space to enjoy and a wonderful private courtyard with lovely plants and upper patio with a built-in barbecue grill. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the property. I would highly recommend! Communication with property manager was excellent.

Would have given 5 stars across the board, but we were not provided the correct code to access the house and had to call the management team who was very responsive.

The property was excellent definitely worth staying at. The pool key (fob) did not work , contacted the on site manager but didn’t receive a reply back from her. It is an old fob that other home owners stated that are not used anymore.

They hired a company called Evolve to manage and they didn't' send me anythign about how to check in. I go there and was on hold for an hour and a half. Expedia couldn't even help me get in. I finally got a hold of someone who finally emailed instructions. I'm nit sure if I was charged a cleaning fee but part of the check out is to take off sheets and put dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash as part of my check out.

The hostess and property contact were helpful throughout our booking and our stay. We love the barrio de tubac and the town of tubac. All the restaurants and art stores were just what we were looking for.
We had close access to mission de back and the mission ruins at tumacacori. We also made a day trip that included the cities of tombstone and bisbee.
I can recommend this location to anyone that wants to spend time in southern Arizona. We would like to do this again.

My wife and I and my brother and his wife stayed in this beautiful townhome for three nights and found this to be a beautiful example of VRBO vacationing.
The hostess and property contact were helpful throughout our booking and our stay. We love the barrio de tubac and the town of tubac. All the restaurants and art stores were just what we were looking for.
We had close access to mission de back and the mission ruins at tumacacori. We also made a day trip that included the cities of tombstone and bisbee.
