Had a great stay although short. The property is located in a quiet spot. I will definitely be back.

Resort is fantastic and everything my family was hoping for. We got a great place close to 2 restaurants, 2 pools, multiple activities and lucky with great weather. The home we are renting is perfect. The only thing we wish is we are from Minnesota and cold weather, not use to hot weather and the home can only go down to 73 for air conditioning. Wish we could get the temp down so we are not so hot after a long day.

Great location and amenities. Restaurants nearby were pretty good. Rental was as expected and met our basic needs. Could use a deep cleaning but otherwise was fine.

Property was great for our needs. Loved watching the Dolphins, beach conveniently close and pool great also. We brought bikes and used them frequently. Host responded to our needs immediately.

The property was exactly as in the pictures. Beautiful location. We were equally as happy to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins as to make short travel to Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Many options available and very comfortable.

Our family of five (4 adults and 1 child) stayed at the property. It was exactly as pictured. The location was great. We were accessible to family in the area, shopping, and activities. The security (Officer Williams) was extraordinary, he was friendly, always on post in the evening and took pride in is work.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The balconies had great views of the canal. Great for boat watching, relaxation and morning coffee.
All bedrooms have flat-screen tvs, with streaming options. The cable in the main living room for the tv was a bit problematic. We had to reset it several times. There are instructions and access to a property manager to assist. Also replacement batteries for the remotes should be made available to the renters.
The unit comes with everything you need to prepare a meal (pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc). You bring everything else...groceries, drinks, coffee, and extra paper products. Kitchen was spacious. The unit was roomy and accomodating. Bathrooms clean.
We had an enjoyable stay. This is my fourth time staying in Little Harbor. Great amenities on-site, walkable, and relaxing.

My grandmother and I stayed here after hurricane Ian because she did not have water and electricty at her home. This townhouse was her home away from home. It was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants close by and went to the beach and pool.

We were in town to look at some property in Ruskin and this was the perfect location for us. The condo was clean, comfortable and just what we needed so that we all had our own space.
The lock on the front door was quite confusing. Not getting in, but being able to tell if the door was locked from the inside (like when you are going to bed). The TV was also a little confusing to figure out with all the remotes. We eventually found the right one to use up in the bedroom. I would also suggest maybe some ant traps around the kitchen. One tiniest crumb on the floor and we had 1000 ants in there.
Other that those few minor things, the townhouse was perfect. Plenty of towels, love that there were beach towels too, beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Good property, great location.
Only downside was that the dishwasher doesn't wash (dirty and doesn't clean what's in it), rest of it was very good.

We have stayed at Little Harbour several times and this was the nicest condo yet. The furniture and kitchen is great.

The canal views of the boats going by from the back balconies were amazing. The location being within walking distance to the resort restaurants and beach made this the perfect vacation condo for my family and I. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Time!
Although the weather did not cooperate with us, our accommodations were excellent. Loved this townhome as well as the resort. We were a little disappointed that the bar and restaurant closed so early - 10 pm. But overall our experience was great.
