Considering we booked this trip the day before we left for it. It was perfect for my family of five. And the hot tub was the hot token for my babies. Everything about this two bedroom two full bath with two sofa beds in the living room was perfect!

My family had the best time playing in the snow. The property was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. My teen son left his school computer and I called several times to see if the cleaning crew turned it in and nevee heard back. That was disappointing.

Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. The location of the cabin was close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as to Snow Play and the ski mountains. The cabin is very spacious and charming. It had the basics as described in the amenities. It is a bit dated - hallway rug and dining chair seats were tattered but it was easy to overlook because the cabin was so cozy and felt like a cabin should feel. We had to rotate shower times because the hot water ran out fairly quickly for a family of 5. The only issue I had was one of the main reasons I booked this cabin was for the game room that I hoped my 3 young boys would play in during down time. The air hockey table did not work, 1 pool ball was missing for billiards, and no net for ping pong so that room was not utilized which was a bummer for the boys (and parents that could use a break!). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and if the game room was more functional, I would hope to stay there again with my family.

checkin was at 4pm. we didnt keys to.get in until 9pm. cleaners were still there. sheets and blankets were not washed so we had to wash it but dryer was cold due to heater issue so took 5 hrs to wash and dry. no hot water to shower. roach in kitchen. hot tub was lukewarm and murky. big bear get away said to stay and checkout until cleaners came. cleaners NEVER CAME! the next family arrived and said they were told house was cleaned and ready to go. it was a very upsetting and unpleasant 1 night stay. do not use big bear getaway!

Great location with plenty of amenities. The place was cozy and had plenty of things to have a great time!

Very disappointing trip. The cabin was not ready and functioning for our arrival. With 6 people in our party, 3 full bathrooms were a requirement. Upon our arrival the master bathroom shower had a faulty shower head, which sprayed all over our belongings in the bathroom. The master sink was also not working. We sent numerous emails to management and they never responded, claiming the bathroom was considered an amenity and not liable for it to be working during our stay. The property was also not clean upon our arrival. Among the most appalling lack of cleanliness was discovering women's lingerie on the sofa in the master bedroom. We ended up leaving after 1 day. The cabin is in bad shape, and management is very unhelpful.

Would love to stay there again. Comfortable , clean, with all the amenities needed for a fun summer weekend getaway. 5-year old grandson called it a treehouse because of all the beautiful trees.

The location couldn't be beat as it was right between both ski resorts and a very short drive. Had a great time enjoying the amenities of the house.

Comfortably furnished with a nice large communal open space flowing from living room to dining area and kitchen. Tall wooden fence out back made for a very private jacuzzi experience.

The backyard is very small but has a nice spa and deck. There is also a deck in the front with plenty of seating. If you read the reviews you shouldn't be surprised. It is a little worn inside but will meet all your needs. Cleanliness is the area I rated the lowest but it was due to things like bedspread and bathroom floor mats not being the cleanest. We had a great time and would return.

Few things I would’ve liked to see: 1. The playroom was rather small (but, tons to do for the kids) and the TV didn’t work in the playroom. Would’ve been nice to have more space inside for the kids to play and have the TV on. Not a deal breaker, just would’ve been nice. 2. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it. We saw some grease stains in the kitchen and foreign hair on the ground throughout the house in various rooms. 3. It definitely could use an update with things. For example, the carpet is starting to come up in the hallway and has some exposed nails. All in all, I’d definitely stay here again, hoping the small things were corrected.

The place is vary spacious and well maintained. Check in is simple and it was very clean. Location is very convenient 5 minute drive from both resorts via back streets - no entrance traffic! Game room is good for kids.

The place was not clean, open food bag on kitchen table, crumbs all over the furniture, bedding was not clean full of hair had to wash before using and sheets would'nt stay on the bed, mouse turds every where, every time you flushed the master toilet a horrible smell would come out of the master closet. All of the shower heads were plugged with hard water build up and the most discussing thing was the heater filter was plugged solid Had plenty of room, kids enjoyed the game table, but other than that I wouldn't stay again.
