This beautiful farmhouse was perfect for us all. There was plenty of space and parking and it was conveniently located. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The welcome cream tea, and milk left in the fridge was a lovely touch. We all had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend.

We stayed at the farmhouse as a large group made up of 3 different families. The large space worked very well for us and it never felt crowded. The location is perfect, close to the beautiful beach, train station and a few local shops/restaurants. Nice cream tea waiting for us! The house was not as clean as we would expect on arrival eg bits of food on the kitchen floor. Some of the kitchen equipment could do with a refresh and the sofas felt very worn and old. Beds were comfortable but blinds in all the bedrooms would be a good addition as the light woke us up very early. The outdoor space is great, bbq would be nice. Overall, I would recommend a stay a laity vean to large groups wanting to be in a convenient location for the beach and st. Ives.

Whilst some of the rooms were of a high standard, others were not, particularly the additional bedrooms in the Old farmhouse. The kitchen was an attractive room but lacked some items that we would expect to have seen, particularly Tupperware. We also thought the property lacked an outside washing line, particularly with its proximity to the beaches. The boiler in the Old farmhouse leaked through to the lounge. The annexe was very nice. We enjoyed our stay but it is not “luxury accommodation”.
