The Villa is located in the village of Kala e Moru in the locality of Geremeas, is about 100 meters from the beach, includes a large garden, in the property there are two parking spaces. The house is surrounded by a large veranda where you can have lunch and relax, here there is a BBQ for magnificent grills. The living area includes an open space, with sofa, kitchen and table for four people. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The village of Kala e Moru is mainly suitable for families looking for a relax holiday, the villa is just a few steps from the beach.
In the village there are a bar and market, but moving to Torre delle Stelle and Solanas, or even better Villasimius, there are additional services, such as restaurants, pizzerias, markets, pharmacies, bank and of course their splendid beaches.
Air conditioning and mosquito nets are provided only in the bedrooms; they are not available in the living area.
Guests must comply with waste sorting regulations and dispose of waste in the designated bins, following the collection schedule.
House rules prohibit pets and smoking inside the villa (though smoking is permitted on the veranda); parties and events are not allowed.
Guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in for mandatory registration purposes.
At check-in, guests are required to pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena; this currently amounts to one euro per guest per day for the first 5 days.
