Villa Virginia Positano
Villa Virginia is a newly renovated house.
Finely decorated, tastefully decorated, free WI-FI, air conditioning, charming msea view from it's beautiful terrace.
Upon your arrival you will find a basket for breakfast.
Bars, restaurants, markets, shops, bus stops are just a few minutes away.
From the magnificent garden you can enjoy a spectacular view of Positano.
This is the perfect solution for a romantic holiday or a family holiday.
Villa Virginia is a very comfortable apartment for 5 people.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (hole, microwave, American coffee, toast, refrigerator, 4 gas ovens).
The house also has a garden equipped with shower and sun bed where you can relax and enjoy Positano away from the chaos of the city, also the garden has a dining table.
Other services available are air conditioning, WI-FI, TV, hairdryer, washer.
A welcome basket with snacks, water, fruits, milk, coffee, water is provided at your arrival to start your holiday.

The apartment is located in Montepertuso, the upper part of Positano.
Montepertuso is the ideal place to spend your holidays, away from the chaos and with milder temperatures.
Montepertuso has all the services, the most famous restaurants are located right here, less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment ( Restaurant Il Ritrovo, Restaurant Donna Rosa, Restaurant La Tagliata, Restaurant Il Pertuso, Chic Mama).
The bus stop to reach the center of Positano is a few steps from the apartment.
I always suggest to arrive in Positano by car service due to our lack of parking space and our narrow and windy road.
If needed i'll be pleased to help you in arranging transfer from Naples Airport or Naples Train Station and Rome.
It will be a pleasure for us to help you plan your holiday, both before and during your stay.
I will be happy to give you the best suggestions for visiting the Amalfi Coast, Ravello, Capri, Pompeii, Herculanum and Sorrento.
If you want together we can choose the most beautiful tours to do ( Amalfi Coast Tour, Pompeii Herculaneum Vesuvius tour, Food Tour and more) with a professional and local guide driver.
If you are driving with your own car it's very difficult to find a space to park but i will be pleased to ask if there is avalability in a private little parking close by the apartament.
We will welcome you in person so it is appreciated to know the arrival time.
From April guest need to pay the city tax of Euro 2.50 per person per night.
Documents are required upon arrival for local registration.
Private transportation can be arranged for your arrival and departure on request and this is the easiest and the quickest way.
If needed we will help you in organizing all your trasportation and excursion during your holiday.
To reach Villa Virginia there is no need a car ( not recommended for Positano, roads the are too small and difficult to park).
Council to organize a transfer, if you need it I can book it with a professional driver ( not expensive) who will coordinate your check in perfectly...you will arrive at Villa Virginia in total tranquility and relaxation.

The place was very nice, clean and comfy. Finding the place was a bit of a challenge. You may want to see if the host can meet you at the bus stop and take you to the actually unit. Also, there is another Villa Virginia in Positano. We thought that was where this place was so our driver googled and dropped us off at wrong location. We had to pay an extra $70 euros to get to Montepertuso, which is where this particular place is. NOT IN POSITANO. The restaurant Donna Rosa is EXCELLENT! And they are super friendly.
Love all the kitties around too :-)

Montepertuso is a slice of heaven and Villa Virginia is the perfect home base for exploring Positano and the rest of the Amalfi coast. Clean, comfortable,spacious and convenient, it provides a haven away from the crowds below. Checking in and out was a breeze. Stefania was especially helpful and flexible, helping to make last minute arrangements even when we did not communicate until late at night, which we very much appreciated. Getting down the steps to Positano was a fun adventure, but we opted to take the bus back up. The buses are packed and we had to stand, but we had lots of fun chatting with the international tourists around us and looking out the window at the lights of Positano and the boats in the harbour. Oddly, this turned out to be one of the highlights. (I should note that taxis are also available if this sort of thing does not sound appealing.). We had a lovely few days and were truly sad to leave this beautiful place.

The place was really clean and we had a very quiet and enjoyable stay. The two hosts were incredibly helpful with taxis and cars and recommendations. It is a heckuva hike down and up to Positano, but we preferred the quiet. And the two restaurants in town were amazing. We hit them more than once each.

We loved our apartment, the adjacent courtyard was an added bonus, and had breathtaking views. Also, super charming view from one of the bedrooms. Sonia was pleasant and great with communication. Even though it seemed like we were far from Positano, there was a set of steps (25 min walk) all the way to the beach in Positano.
