Appartamento con balcone a metà strada tra Arena e stazione
Luminoso e confortevole appartamento con balcone e 6 posti letto.
Collocata al quarto piano di un elegante palazzo con ascensore Dimora Marconi è stata ristrutturata di recente con uno stile moderno ma preferendo un pavimento in contrasto un po' retrò.
L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salotto con 2 divani (trasformabile in letti singoli ), grande tavolo con 6 sedie. La predominanza dei toni chiari e l’ampia porta finestra dalla quale si accede al balcone conferiscono alla zona giorno una singolare luminosità.
Dall’altro lato si trova una cucina separata completamente attrezzata e funzionale, un tavolo e 2 sedie per una colazione veloce, un altro balcone. La camera matrimoniale con letto in ferro battuto, comodini e un armadio a 3 ante. L’altra camera 2 letti singoli con comodini e armadio. Si trovano 2 bagni con doccia. Lavanderia e ripostiglio. E' l’ideale per famiglie e/o coppie di amici.
L'appartamento è inoltre fornito di TV, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, lavatrice/asciugatrice, asciugacapelli, forno elettrico, microonde e tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole e ospitale la vostra permanenza a Verona.

Great 4th floor apartment with an elevator! The leasing company was amazing and helped with the suggestions for real food and the best gelato in town. Huge perk that the gelato was right around the corner too! The apartment was close to everything and very large for the area. We easily fit our family of five-grandma, husband, two kids and myself. We would absolutely stay here and rent from them again!

A lovely bright spacious apartment within easy walking distance of the old city. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening watching the swifts fly over. Some good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Check-in very smooth. Check-out just involved leaving keys inside the apartment and closing the door.

Federica’s apartment is so beautiful and very spacious. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the crowded touristy spots which was perfect for us. The neighborhood feels more authentic, with locals out walking their dogs and dining in the cafes and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and although it was very cold floor at night (30s Fahrenheit) the apartment was warm and cozy. Two tips for future visitors: 1) There is no clothes dryer, so if you visit in winter, you can dry your clothes on the marble slabs above the radiators, which works well. Otherwise you can dry them on the terraces. 2) The larger bathroom has a tub with a shower, however the glass shower door doesn’t keep the water in, so don’t leave clothes or pajamas on the bathroom floor while showering or they’ll get wet. These are very minor quirks that all rentals have. If we ever return to Venice we will definitely request to stay here again, it’s charming, quiet and perfect. Btw we were parents plus two adult children. There is plenty of room for another guest on the couch if needed.

Amazing location, apartment is very roomy, cozy and clean. Very well equipped, it had everything a family needs. Delightful stay!
