Overall, we had a good stay in the White Penthouse. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was sufficient and the bathroom was clean and functional. The patio was huge and provided a nice space to be outside and when it got too hot there was a motorized awning. The unit is also in a great location, only steps from the beach. All that said, there were a few things that people should know before renting here:I understand that for security and safety, security systems are needed but it was quite unsettling for there to be two cameras in the unit. We learned that we could cover the lenses but it was unclear if audio was still being recorded. I noticed that the description now outlines that there are cameras. There’s is construction happening in this building. One day the water was turned off for most of the day and we were not notified. We contacted the management company and they did not know what was going on. The noise from the club below is disturbing, even with the noise cancelling doors and shutters.* The TV is old and should be upgraded for streaming. * The bed was OK, but needed a new mattress and there was no AC unit in the bedroom * Kitchen supplies need to be upgraded. The coffee mugs were cracked and leaked. * We could have used instructions for washer, stove, safe etc.None of these things really impacted our stay but I think knowing those things up front would have helped in our decision to stay here.
